Careless, unprofessional and also not friendly. I put my daughter here almost a month. My daughter was scratched two times and got sick almost a month. I felt my daughter will get sick from other babies soon because of a few babies they had runny nose and other cold symptoms. I put my daughter almost a month on the contrary I have to treat her over a month and she is not yet getting better so far. So disappointed 👎

I went here when I was a young child (six or seven years old) and one time I peed myself since the worker did not let me use the bathroom during nap time and completely ignored my crying for needing to go and when I did urinate myself she forced me to wear a diaper while belittling me calling me a baby (I was far too old to be wearing a diaper). Even though this was a while ago anyone else I've met that went here also has ZERO positive things to say.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. If you do, you’re punishing them. My baby 4 months old. Caught hand foot and mouth virus here, got Covid. They made him lay in his poop so much he kept getting diaper rash after another one. I asked them to change him more and they told me NO. The staff are SO RUDE. they put two bibs on him and that’s a chocking hazard!! They got screaming babies constantly in the room, I would randomly walk in there for pick up, ( always random times to see if he is crying or laying in poop) and EVERY TIME he’s screaming and laying in POOP. or they snatch him up fast and try to change him before I do, and his little butt is so RED and his diaper is SOO FULL. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. not to mention they “say” they have two people in the room but EVERYTIME I drop him off or come get him there’s ONE person in the room. Always on the phone while taking her foot and rocking the bouncer TOO HARD for the baby to stop crying MIND you the baby is crying HARDER. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE ESPECIALLY IF THEY CANNOT TALK AND TELL U THEY ARE GETTING NEGLECTED.

My child came home with multiple bites and scratches. 3 times my kid contracted Hands Foot Mouth here and pink eye. The class sizes are too large and the kids are not watched as closely as they should be. The staff made many rude remarks about my eldest child and were unprofessional. I do not recommend having toddler children here. The older children were well taught and kept after. I now have my toddlers at a new daycare with more experienced staff and smaller teacher to child ratios. They treat my children very well and have nothing but good things to say about my kids.

I feel so bad for the children that have to attend this daycare. Like an earlier review said they are out of compliance and this is not a safe environment. I would never leave my children here and be careful of the school program the Kids are riding in the front seat unbuckled absolutely reckless behavior.
