If I could shut this place down myself, I would. when i come for pick up, i hear about how some kids hitting and biting my child. the teacher looks tired out of her mind, apologizing for this crazy behavior. i notice multiple special needs children in one classroom. none of the children are getting the care that they need. there was a point where projectile vomit was on the carpet for a week that was later covered with a rug. a teacher also told me that a child had smeared their feces on the carpet and after a few days of trying to get it taken care of, all that was done was some soap and water sprayed on. to the day i unenrolled my kid, the carpet was the same. managements a mess, it seems they just do enough to look good on the outside, but bedsheets dont get washed, toys never get sanitized, children peeing on the woodchips, preschool waterbottles are never washed. ive since pulled my child from kids country. Overall just horrible if you want the most negligent, careless management and worst environment for your kid, bring em here
Our 17 month old started care with Kids Country Tacoma this week. The management team is amazing and has been so help, especially Solace! They are kind, supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable. Their app provides us care updates and sends photos throughout the day, which keeps us at ease. We would recommend this facility to family and friends.
As a grandma, I can’t say enough good things about this daycare! My grandchild absolutely loves it there. The teachers are so kind and patient, and you can tell they really care about the kids. Every time I pick my grandbaby up, they’re smiling and full of stories about what they did that day. The daycare is always welcoming and full of fun activities. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my grandchild is in such loving hands. They truly do a wonderful job!
Kids Country does an excellent job with providing kind compassionate care for my kids. The communication is excellent and they work hard to help kids succeed. Communication, organization and transparency has improved 100% with the new director, Mugsy. I appreciate my kids teachers so much! Thank you!
I’m very disappointed with how this daycare is being run. It feels like the people in charge don’t truly care about what’s best for the kids. There’s a lack of consistency, poor communication, and decisions being made that make no sense for the children’s wellbeing. Parents trust this center to care for their kids, but lately it’s been nothing but frustration and disappointment 🙄 needs better management and maybe even a whole new set of staff.
