We absolutely love this daycare! From day one, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and professional. They treat the children like their own and truly create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. Our child has learned so much—both academically and socially—and is always excited to go in the morning.The communication is excellent, the facility is clean and well-organized, and the staff is clearly passionate about what they do. I would seriously reconsider enrolling your child in this daycare. My son would constantly be in time out almost everyday when i would come to pick him up crying and the teacher would an act nonchalant. They would say he was doing violent things when, to me, he was just playing with the others kids that are bigger than him. I never received or signed an incident report every day they accused my son of doing something. The head teacher was never there either when i would come to pick him up so i believe they were lying. My son only stayed a month at this daycare. He was in the 2 year old classroom because there wasn’t any room in the 3 year old class. The head teacher that he had was too lazy to assist in potty training. They must be potty trained before entering the year old classroom. Her exacts word were “he never gave me any indication or told me he had to go”. He’s a three year old, most children need guidance. It takes all of two seconds to say “child’s name go potty”. If i could give 0 stars i would.
