Golden Gate Child Care Development Center

Golden Gate was out first option of daycare for our son and we absolutely love the Bridgeton location. Our son is always excited to go to school everyday because he is loved and has so much fun. The location is always clean and feels very safe. The children learn so much and are always happy and smiling when we come to pick up our son. He’s very active and happy and we have had no issues with the staff or facility as a whole. I recommend Golden Gate to all of our friends!

Golden gate Academy My kids have been attending the center since they were 3 months!! The staff is very friendly. If there are ever any issues and or incidents the school always makes sure the parents are aware, pick up and drop off is always very smooth. The kids love the extra school activities that the center provides. Overall this is a great daycare for the kids!

I've just recently started working here last week at the Golden Gate Pennsville site. I absolutely love it! I was first contacted by our director ,Barbara Burkholder, who is courteous, professional, and the love she has for each child here is reflected in all of her actions. The 2 classroom teachers, Miss Sam and Miss Nicole are absolute angels. They treat each child as if they were their own and create lesson plans weekly. They all support each other and work together seamlessly. The children are constantly learning with every activity throughout the day and are even learning some sign language from day one. (Which, I hope to learn with them). The rooms are more than adequate for the number of children in each age group and still have extra rooms and play areas. We take the children outside when weather permits and they have multiple toys to engage their gross motor skills. Each child is fed a morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. They are all cleaned, diapers changed and tummy's full when it's time to take a nap. Every child has their own specific cot and every child gets individual attention to be "put to bed" happy and calm. Every toy, table, chair and floor are cleaned after each use and in bed tween each child. I could go on and on about the quality of care here at Golden Gate, and I am so proud and thankful to be a part of their family!!

My children have attended Adventure Club for the last four years. We have complete trust in the staff with our children to meet their needs while keeping them safe. My children enjoy the activities that are provided to them. They often have a choice. Special events are celebrated within reasonable limitations. We will be sad to leave when our children are older.

My kids have gone to Golden Gate 2 for the last couple of years as part of Early Head Start and they are awesome. The teachers and staff have been nothing short of amazing and I am blessed to have my children go there and be loved. It is a weight lifted off my shoulders knowing they are cared for. They always reach out when needed and make sure I am informed with any and everything regarding my kids.
