From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The facility is bright, clean, and filled with engaging activities for children of all ages. The staff is wonderful—they are attentive, patient, and truly care about each child’s experience. My little one had so much fun exploring, playing, and making new friends that they didn’t want to leave! I also appreciate the flexibility of their drop-in care, which makes it so convenient for busy parents. Knowing my child is in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment gives me complete peace of mind. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a trustworthy and enjoyable place for their kids!

Response to owner: “documentation proving what I say is false”… you deleted video footage and removed an employee temporarily during investigation and were therefore able to lie about the entire incident. A staff who avoids eye contact and lies compulsively has no business being in charge of helpless children. I was never invited to view anything. Another one of your many lies . I asked several times “why is my son’s face bleeding?” Only to be dismissed by staff and told the footage would be deleted. According to police, they weren’t able to obtain all the footage as the owner won’t come forward with it. Hopefully you begin now to comply with the investigation before more children become injured in your care. My child’s suffering is proof enough for me that you not only don’t care about children in your care, but are willing to cover up for employees wrong doing to vulnerable children. Original review: If you are considering this place, do not take your children here. If you already take your children here stop immediately!!!!! When I went to pick my kids up I found my son bleeding, inconsolable and clearly traumatized. As soon as as he saw me he wouldn’t let go of me. Staff either didn’t care he was bleeding, said he got it from “sleeping” and one said she was going to “delete the footage.” Another said she “might check the footage” I said that was unacceptable and swore. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

I was excited to try out this daycare, especially since it seemed like a good option for Friday date nights. The positive reviews gave me confidence, so I went ahead and paid the $40 registration fee without visiting in person. I expected something reliable and clean—like the YMCA. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the facility looked dirty, rundown, and just plain depressing. We didn’t end up leaving our kids there, so I can’t speak to the quality of the staff or care. I asked the staff if I could get a refund since I had just registered that same day. They said no, citing the non-refundable policy. I get it—but even airlines and subscription services often allow cancellations within 24 hours. Ultimately, I chose not to use their services due to the poor condition of the facility. The pictures on their website don’t reflect reality. TL;DR: Tour the place before registering. The website photos are misleading.

I have two daughters, aged 7 and 5.5 years. When the younger one was under 5, the manager and employees informed us that, according to company policies, children under 5 could not be grouped with older children, as there were designated group divisions. We understood and accepted this policy. Then in the next visit youngest daughter is 5,2 years old and she can finally be in the same group with her 7-year-old sister for older children and play with them. However, during our most recent visit—now that our younger daughter is 5.5 years old and eligible to be in the same group as her 7-year-old sister—we were told by a different employee and manager that the policy had changed. They claimed that children must not only be over 5 years old but also enrolled in school to join the older age group. When we asked to see these new rules, neither the manager nor the employees could provide documentation, a written policy, or a link to a website. As a result, our older daughter called us in tears, saying she felt lonely and wanted to play with her sister, but the staff did not allow them to be together. Additionally, the employees did not permit our younger daughter to use the jump rope, despite it being available in the toy box. We were extremely disappointed with the service and attitude at Adventure Kids Playcare in Issaquah. The experience was both frustrating and disheartening.
