We’ve been attending Kids Count II in the infant classroom for several months now. From our first tour, we felt incredibly important and at home with their community. The infant classroom teachers truly feel like they know your child inside & out which has been such a relief — your baby definitely is not just a number. With a baby that quickly outgrows her bottle nipple sizes and is a distracted eater with bad teething spells, we rely heavily on the teachers to update us on her day and provide feedback on when we need to increase nipples sizes or milk quantities. They have never guided us wrong and we are forever grateful. I hear so many horror stories from other daycares about sending kids home during crying spells, skipping feedings if baby is distracted or not recording feedings at all—none of that has been true for us here. We are so grateful that they also use an app that updates us everyday for meal intakes and diaper changes. We love love love our childcare here and are super thankful! I could not recommend this daycare more highly. From a financial perspective, this daycare was exactly middle of the road when we were looking but they are increasing their rates as of Jan 2025 to match avg daycare costs.
