As a recent bride whose reception was held at CCR, I can confidently recommend this venue to others! Kyle and Cassidy were a perfect team to work with. The venue is gorgeous all on its own, but Kyle and Cassidy made it that much better with their attention to detail and giving advice through the wedding process. To future couples looking to use this venue: hire a wedding coordinator! Our wedding coordinator worked alongside us and with the CCR team and if anything did go wrong that night, I sure did not know it! I know our coordinator had to work out a few kinks in our BEO prior to our wedding with Kyle, but that's understandable to make sure their team knew what we were envisioning. Mistakes happen, and Kyle was always quick to fix anything that needed to be fixed. Over communicate, because it's YOUR day and they host so many events. I appreciate CCR so much and for the role they played in a momentous day for me!

We had our wedding reception at the CC of Roswell in September 2024. We were recommended to check out CC of Roswell. From the moment we stepped into CCR, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding reception. The venue itself is absolutely lovely, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff at CCR went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even with our last-minute requests. When we needed golf carts and access to the grounds for a spontaneous photoshoot, the staff made it happen without hesitation. Chef Abner was a delight to work with, accommodating our dietary restrictions with ease and helping us select the best menu items for our wedding dinner. The food was delicious, and our guests loved it. Communication leading up to the event was seamless thanks to Cassidy and Kyle. They were always prompt and helpful in their responses, and Cassidy was even present on the day of the event to provide assistance. Their professionalism and dedication truly shone through, making our day stress-free and enjoyable. We can't thank the team at CCR enough for making our wedding reception a dream come true. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful space and exceptional service.

Wedding planning brides, this review is for you! I had my wedding reception at the CC of Roswell in October 2023. This was a perfect option and had availability (if you’ve planned a wedding post-2020, you know that is so hard to find)! Kyle was pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable. Another bride reviewer mentioned slow responses. At the beginning, Kyle was slower to respond but that resolved after about a month. I don’t think that is an issue anymore! Everything day-of was handled by the staff so well, but you NEED a planner! They were clear with me that they do not provide day-of coordination. That is very important to note. They have a list of recommendations that they give to you. I went with Starr Lowe Events and she was phenomenal and worked well with Kyle & the service team. The food was delicious! No jokes about lame wedding food can be made here. The salmon and Brussels sprouts were big hits. The venue is beautiful. It didn’t need a lot of extra decorations and, in turn, saved us from having to spend more. The cost of the venue, including food, was great. My wedding day was the perfect day. I had a very mixed experience having my wedding and reception at CCR. The venue is gorgeous and does not need much decorating to have a photogenic wedding. The food was delicious. Our main point of contact was Kyle Sellers, the catering director. The first several months that we had our wedding booked she was very responsive and helpful. As the wedding got closer, she took longer and longer to reply- one time almost a month to answer an email. While it was frustrating, the venue was beautiful and the pricing was reasonable, so we put it to the side. On the day of our wedding rehearsal, no one showed up to guide us through the rehearsal. Thankfully Cassidy who was the concierge I believe, knew enough to get us through the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, we showed up to the bridal suite and there were peanuts in the snack basket after Kyle was informed that my sister/bridesmaid had a severe peanut allergy. We were also not provided with water and had to track down the kitchen staff to provide us with it. The BIGGEST disappointment was that when we chose CCR for our wedding venue, they said that they provided a day-of-coordinator. That day of coordinator was nowhere to be found and our own guests had to step up to help the wedding and reception run smoothly. Had I known that the day-of-coordinator was going to flake, I would have hired one since this was ESSENTIAL. The flakiness and unprofessionalism when our wedding weekend occurred was unacceptable. Yes, this venue is gorgeous, but had I not had GUESTS, who were invited to enjoy a wedding, step up and WORK my wedding, it would have been a disaster. Also, I was told there would be hors d'oeuvres saved for the bride, groom, and bridal party in the bridal suite since we were taking photos during cocktail hour and they did not bring us any. Lastly, they messed up our food menu and served the wrong sweet potatoes. Seriously consider looking elsewhere as long as Kyle Sellers still works here.
