Kid'S Collage Childcare Center

Had a very awful experience with them. My child was enrolled for just a week and was kicked out for crying. I personally observed that during that one week period there was one particular teacher/carer who when my child sees her cries uncontrollably beyond imagination. Only God knows what was being done to my child in that school. Choose wisely!

The teachers at this daycare are very lazy, unprofessional and evidently only want to watch kids that do not need much attention. My child was enrolled there only a month and a half before being kicked out for "crying off and on all day". They called to let me know that I had a week to find somewhere else for my child to go but kicked her out two days later. My child was only 10 months old. There were 2-3 occasions where I needed to leave work to pick up my child because she was crying. The price is outrageous for the services they provide. No lunches are or even snacks. With this being a daycare, you would expect for the workers to be warm and friendly, but it was the complete opposite. 0 out of 10 I would not recommend this daycare!!!

This is the worst daycare ever. The director and asst. director have nasty attitudes. They put my grandchild out for crying and we had paid them for the entire month and he only went for 14 half days. They refuse to give us any kind of refund & when I called to talk to them about it they were real nasty & hung up in my face. A baby was crying in the background when I called but they put my grandchild out for crying. I thought a daycare suppose to be use to babies crying. I would advise anyone not to take your child to this center.

The teachers care about your children, and my son has learned so much going there. At 3 he already knew his full alphabet, colors, shapes, etc. They have an outside playground where they can take kids to play when the weather is nice, and while small, the building is welcoming and cozy, full of colorful educational signs and always clean. They were extremely safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, which put my mind at ease.

Well this review is a hard one to do. I was really satisfied at first. I would have given a 5star right out the gate and for the first few weeks. Then they called one day and said my newborn had lice. Took her to doc. The doc said she didnt have enough hair for lice and laughed it off...a week or so later they called .And said your gonna have to come get her all she's doing is crying. I left work and went to get her as soon as I picked her up she quit crying. Less than a week later I was out of town and my wife couldnt leave work but they called and demanded she has been crying for hours we have to come get her. So we got my mother to go get her. Now with this said I'd woulda still gave them a 4star review until right at this moment. We called them said my mother would come get our daughter even though they had never seen my mother before and she was on the emergency contact sheet. My mother punched in the door code like we instructed and she had her ID in her hand. When she said she was their to pic up my daughter. They just packed her up and handed her to my mother. They did not check her I.D. I was furious my mother was furious my wife was furious and to top it all off my daughter hadnt even been crying on their sheet that she had been asleep until 40mins before my mother got there. So they next day I got home and picked up my daughter from daycare. I made the statement that i told my wife I'd handle everything because she was very upset and they didnt verify that it was my mother and not a strange person. I was calmly talking and they lady kinda got vocal and said I know I did it thats the first time in 16years!! I calmly said okay I'm not starting problems I just want you to know we know you screwed up and were not happy. The next day my wife dropped our daughter off and the owner pulled her aside and said that I didnt need to come up there starting problems. Again this is my child I pay you for your services. If you mistreat my child or endanger her in anyway it is unacceptable. And thats what this place did to our 4month old daughter. This here is why i give a 1 star review.
