We have had nothing but success with Kids Castle over the past few years. We are very pleased with the care our children receive. They keep them on a schedule and keep them entertained throughout the day with various outdoor activities and crafts. Our older son (6) especially loves summer camp with many field trips and daily swimming! Highly recommend!!
My girls enjoy going to Kid's Castle! The staff is amazing and very attentive. The office staff is just as wonderful. If there’s ever any issue, the office staff always reactions out. My daughter fell and cut her chin pretty good, Angelia called us that evening to check in on her. One of the teachers snuggles my daughter upon arrival ❤️ I can feel how much they care about my girls. I love that I don't have to worry about them because I know they are in good hands! Suggestions: Would love it if teachers would post on the app what the kids are learning for the week as well as the snack and lunch menu. While this is posted in the rooms, a lot of us do not have time to read what’s posted on a wall. The only con: very inconsistent with sharing pictures. Would love to see more pictures!
I more recently switched jobs and had to move daycares. My daughter was attending Little Saints daycare which we absolutely loved so initially I was nervous to move her. However the staff at Kids Castle was very welcoming and made my little one feel safe which made for an easy transition, she absolutely loves it there! Everyone is very friendly and attentive to the kid’s needs.
2/3/22 - Update: We still LOVE Kids Castle! We have participated in summer camps and school age programs and still would HIGHLY recommend! *********Previous review**** So happy we made the switch to kids castle! Admin team is great and responsive. You can tell everyone is focused on the growth and care of the children, not just a rating on a scale or an extra dollar. My son loved the 4k program with Mrs. Cheryl, and I can't say enough about the tot program, besides I wish we could have started sooner! These teachers are so passionate and take the time to make everyone feel comfortable and involved. The summer camp is awesome! Field trips all the time, swimming every day, just awesome for busy body kids! Take a tour you'll see what I mean!
*based on 2021* I'd give 0 if I could. My daughter went here in 2021 and is still traumatized just driving by that place to this day. I should have reported them to the state and I regret not. If ownership/management/staff has changed since then great, but if not, spare your kids and yourself the emotional and verbal abuse and go someone else. My kid deserved better and I'm glad we pulled her when we did.
