My daughter attended this care center when she was 3 and is now 12. We still talk about how they treated her. Worst decision and regret sending her here. The staff was rude, made her uncomfortable and management was no better. Once she fell on her face, leaving a massive scrape and I received no phone call, when I picked her up I was incomplete shock. Anyways years later, this still breaks my heart.
We have been taking my daughter here since she was 6 months old, She is now three. We have loved every moment with this daycare. She is always so excited to go and see the staff and kids in her class. The staff is very communicative and professional and always have the kids in mind first. I could not recommend them enough:)
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have been with Kids N Care for 12 years! It's hard to believe it. 4/4 of my kids have attended and one was as young as 2 months when she started. The staff is wonderful and they are so caring. They are my life savers! They work with my schedule, as hectic as it may be. They helped with the potty training of the youngest two and have always been on top of it when they notice if they are sad or if something is wrong. They communicate so well with me as the parent. I will never take my kids anywhere else. This is literally their second home. I am thankful for this place!
Where do I begin? We started at Kids & Care based on a recommendation from a family who has been attending for about a decade, if that says anything. I had high expectations and I have not been let down. Staff always greets with a smile on their faces, facilities are always incredibly clean, my children don't dread being here. What I love about Kids & Care is that this is not just a JOB to the staff, this is their passion... to love and nurture children. Kids can be challenging, and the staff here braves each day with love, patience, and kindness. This is exactly where I want my kids to be when they cannot be with their mother. Incredible hearts fill this place and I plan to keep my children here for as long as possible.
Very helpful and they are attentive to my daughter and to my needs my situation I'm a single mom and so they are very good with Gracie I'm meeting her needs to adopting to daycare, she's used to being with me all the time so it was hard for her to transition but she's getting there and the staff is awesome they always give me a detailed progress of Gracie and I am happy. Kids and Care are very professional the facility they have enough staff to care for your kids and they have a schedule and everything is professional professional and the staff is loving and caring. Kids and care they also help your child get ready for school for kindergarten so this is the best does it helps with that Transition and prepares them for school. It's a facility that has a good location. It's much safer then a home daycare and has a trained professional staff also an awesome secretary. Best daycare in Hesperia....
