Our son started off part time at 13 months and stayed until he was almost 3 years old. I am only giving the stars because some of the teachers like Molly and Amanda are AMAZING and the reason we kept him in as long as we did! But that’s where the good reviews stop. When my son was transferred to the two year old room he had five different teachers in two months and the last one played music so loud and raised her voice at the kids that it overwhelmed me, let alone our son. They were constantly understaffed with too many kids, often 14 kids to 1, maybe 2, teachers at any given time which is far below the state law of 5 to 1 for his age range. The director has always been incredibly rude to us and didn’t work with us when I was figuring out maternity leave. My son was CONSTANTLY sick, they used the same rags to wipe kids mouths which we witnessed first hand. They didn’t have the cameras where you could check in at any time anymore because of an incident and put false information on the app constantly like whether my son napped and I relied on that to keep up with him during the day. Understaffed, undertrained, unclean, and rude management, I would NOT recommend.

My son has been going to KCA for 6 months now and it has really helped him come out of his shell. He has never been to a daycare before and he is only 2 and had attachment issues and didn’t want to talk. Now he is talking a lot and has become a social butterfly somehow! The caregivers are very kind and do a great job! They do fun activities with him and he loves the playground there. The center was accommodating to his milk allergy and the caregivers have given me advice on a few things I just didn’t know how to handle as a new mother. All around this center has provided great care for my son. I would recommend this center for sure. It was recommended to me by my sister as her daughter goes there and she had nothing but good things to say about the center.

Absolutely a great daycare. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing childcare. My son attends KCA and it has been such an amazing experience. He has flourished since beginning here! The staff are friendly and professional. Great communication. The facility is kept clean. The meals/snacks given are appropriate. The outdoor play area is great as well.

This center is horrible. The director, Brittany, made a great impression the first time I met her. The very next day up until I withdrew my son, for her openly admitting to me that she “popped him in the mouth” - her words, she had a terrible attitude. Not friendly. She was one of the only staff members my son refused to go to. He went from walking into the class in the mornings to refusing to let his feet touch the ground when Brittany was present. I know of 2 other parents that have filed DCS reports with this center due to neglect and/or abuse. I once witnessed the 2 year old teacher losing her mind on a kiddo because she was refusing to sit down. The teacher called this little girl “a bully, mean, rude, a bad kid” and was forcing her poor legs into their table seats. The teacher saw me (she didn’t know I was there) and her entire demeanor changed. Suddenly she was comforting the child and being nice to her. It was sickening really. There are a few good people there like Molly, Bella, & Christine to name a few. But these poor women are overworked, underpaid, and understaffed. Not an excuse for the terrible treatment of children by others, but I know these 3 are trying their best. Overall, I would not send my child here if I were you. I don’t have many regrets in life, but ever leaving my child in the care of this center is at the top of the list. Hopefully they are shut down soon, but if not… don’t under any circumstances send your child here. Side note: the 2 seemingly well written reviews from a month ago are clearly fake. They both mention the same things almost identically and one of the pictures looks to be AI populated. Also the names they chose don’t exist anywhere else on the internet. I’d believe a few people and their bad experiences over 10+ people with good experiences. ESPECIALLY when it comes to my child.

My kid developed bad behaviors from this place such as biting, and pinching his sibling If you can afford elsewhere do it cause this place is awful they are only in it for the money and do not care about your children! My son had a nice shirt and they sent it home a week later after it has been soaking wet in a bag and it collected mold I had to throw it away they never reimbursed me and on top of that my daughter is always a happy girl and she would come home and tell me she hated it at her daycare and we started off calling it school but I will never send my child here ever again my worst mistake ever ;!!!!;; I'm begging you if you can afford better do it !!! We sent them to a new daycare and my son's mood is way better happy jolly and guess what no more biting !!!
