Kids Campus

My school aged children DID NOT enjoy this daycare! They were always excited when they got to stay home. Staff were rude and not compassionate. I would get non stop calls to pick my kids up a few of these times my kids were only there 30 minutes.This daycare would be great for kids who are quiet and don't talk or need to be cared for.

This daycare needs to be investigated. It smells musty and someone needs to inspect it for mold. It smells so bad it makes me sick. Most employees are terrible. My kid was constantly complaining that the staff were yelling and being rude to them. My kid asked why people who don't like kids work at daycares. Gina totally lacks empathy. She is a very cold, unfriendly person. She also spreads conspiracy theories about how red dye in food causes hyperactivity, which is scientifically unproven. She WILL criticize your parenting. She thinks that only she is right and that you're wrong and has trouble seeing other people's perspectives. It's amazing how a person like this got to become director of a daycare. She spreads contradictory misinformation about what the daycare's policies are. They also charge a high activity fee. This fee is for activities such as painting chunks of asphalt which the kids picked out of one of the many potholes in their parking lot.

This daycare does not want to be bothered with a autistic child. Both of my sons school bus drivers stated something did not feel right with the staff. They stated the staff is not friendly. I witness myself how the staff are with children. My son diapers were always full. There’s lack of communication at this childcare with unprofessional staff. I was informed that my autistic child was “too much” but my son had no behavioral problems. Whenever I had an issue or concern they were never resolved. I would not recommend this daycare. There are other daycare centers that care.

I used to advocate for kids campus but I no longer will. Let me start by saying the staff is amazing, everyone except Gina. My toddler was having a rough time with terrible twos and she has had the least amount of compassion for my toddler as well as myself. She has degraded me multiple times, constantly drilling in me that I'm not doing enough at home to correct my son's behavior. As soon as she was met with confrontation she removed my son from the program. I suggest she retire and has nothing to do with taking care of the kids there.

They completely betrayed me. They said that they would work with me and my sons... They took my money with no questions BUT when i asked them ( Kids campus ) refuse to answer any of my questions like, Why are we getting thrown out? What did my son do that was so bad? he is only 4... His teacher told me he was a child psychiatrist. My child has Listening problems, he's difficult sometimes to deal with. So when I was told that his teacher got frustrated with him. I was concerned. Especially when I asked exactly what the teacher got frustrated with. And nobody wanted to answer me. They just told me I could get my $60 deposit back. No one told me what the problem was. No one is willing to help nowadays.
