As a parent of an almost 3 year old, who has had to use daycare since my child was 6 weeks old, I have seen such a positive growth with this KinderCare location, in the past month. Ever since Myiia and Kashmir have taken over, there has been a clear improvement in organization, family communication, and most importantly, family relationships where I know and trust my child is in a safe environment and is loved. My child’s infant teacher still works at the same location, and we are greeted with a smile and a wave, every morning as we walk to the toddler room. Her current teacher, Mrs. Karen and team, have done a great job at implementing a consistent routine based in academics and learning. I am updated almost hourly on what is happening with my child and her achievements for the day. There is hands on learning, painting, STEM activities, reading, learning letter names and sounds, and learning to work with their peers. After this last month with new management, there has been an increase in parent accountability, and it has been felt within the safety of my child not being placed in rooms with students with severe, learned-at-home, behaviors. As they are toddlers, it is expected that accidents will happen, and I really appreciate that we are notified in the app, immediately, as well as given an incident report at pick up. I really appreciate that when I walk in to pick up my child, I am immediately greeted with a friendly hello. Myiia knows my child’s name and how her day was, and communicates any important information with me right away. I am excited to see how much this center can grow under the great leadership. We have a great community of hard working families, and we deserve to have a daycare that treats us like family, educates our babies, and cares for us. I am so happy that I am seeing this happen now!

Decent care but be careful because their bookkeeping is horrible and they won’t respond via email if you have concerns. They over charged me and refused to respond to my requests even though I only use them for days when school is closed. Beware

The worst daycare in NLV. Just keep searching because all they will do complain about the behaviors learning from their center. Then kick your child out, and take your money. You have been warned.

Good daycare and great teachers. My child’s in the toddler group with Mrs. Karen and Mrs. Precious. He loves it with them. Mrs. Karen is Bilingual, so it made him more comfortable. She is so kind, caring and loving with him. I just really like his teachers!

We have been attending this KinderCare location since my little one was 3 months old. Every parent knows when you are a new parent, leaving your child with someone you don't know can be extremely scary! Turnover has been slightly concerning over the last year or so, but from day one, we have been continually reassured that any new teachers and administration are so caring and that our little one is loved and provided for during the day. Ms. Tiffany is the third (I think?) director we've had since starting and she has already taken initiative and is showing that she's putting forth all of her best efforts. I truly appreciate if there are any incidents, that I get a phone call with information, even if its just a little bump or something that "might not seem too concerning". They take the time to let you know, regardless. Ms. Jessica and Ms. Ceana always go the extra mile to make sure a friendly face is at the entrance to greet us, and they also have made it a point to get the know the kids, even though they are not in classes all day every day. Her infant teachers (Ms. Gina and Ms. Valerie, and Ms. Tina who's since moved to a new location) were always so kind and responsive when I asked questions and had concerns, and now that she's almost 2 and in the toddler class (and more clumsy) I trust this daycare to make sure my little one is in a safe environment. Ms. Karen, Ms. Precious, Ms. Katy, Ms. Kiya, and Ms. Maria are a day to day delight to see and deal with, and I love seeing updates and fun pictures of activities when they are going about their day. I appreciate the level of care they take to greet my little one in the morning and make her feel happy to be there. They have made my little one so independent and drop offs are a breeze most days but even when there's a little bit of a tough time, I always know she will still go to one of them and feel comforted. I have also attributed how advanced my little one is to this daycare. She always seems to learn SO much and everyone always comments on how "advanced" she is for her age. From walking, to talking, to sign language and other skills, we wouldn't be quite where we are today without this daycare. I am so glad to have found this daycare from the beginning, and appreciate the effort they put into bettering the place as a whole.
