If you’re looking for a place that will treat your child with love while preparing them for the future by providing proper education then Little Steps is the place for your family! My daughter transferred to Little Steps from another preschool and in short time she has improved in so many areas from her behavior to her knowledge & skill level. All of the staff here truly love their job and the children and it shows through their family oriented environment! I wish I could take them to kindergarten with us!
My granddaughter went here back in 2020-2021. They take no accountability for how they couldve done better as a facility or how their teachers could’ve done better my granddaughter came home with the wrong shoes on and it was overall just a mess closer to the end of her going .. they were in the middle of moving facility so it seemed the owner was extremely overwhelmed, but how she approached the whole situation was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for they weren’t willing to fully potty train her when she was getting potty trained the daycare that she went to after that was like night and day compared to this one .. They potty trained her and taught her more in a very short automatic time compared to this place ..had to wait five minutes just for them to open the door in the morning, had high retention on staff so you never knew who was watching your child and just overall rude as an owner of a facility was always making excuses and how “licensing” Wouldn’t allow for her to properly take care of our child.. . This would be for grand daughter Skyy. They deleted my daughter’s original review so she requested that is was reposted because people should be aware and my daughter was extremely Upset about how the situation and her concerns were addressed and approached just kicking my granddaughter to the curve last minute and leaving her to find other childcare just because she was trying to address concerns. I hope that the facility has done better since then
I highly recommend attending Little Steps Early Learning Academy. 2 of my children attended daycare there and one moved into the Pre-K program. My daughter learned so much while attending. The teachers and staff loved my girls like they were their own. The teachers and staff communicate regularly on progress, behaviors, and anything else going on. I would highly recommend Little Steps Early Learning Academy to anyone looking for Pre-K or daycare.
My girls have been apart of the Little Steps family for quite some time, and have come a long way socially and educationally. They look forward to going to school everyday and I have never been nervous or concerned about dropping them off. The facility is clean and beautiful and has everything my kids need. The staff treat my kids like family and take great care of them. If you want to see your children excel while being in a nurturing environment, Little Steps Learning Academy is where they need to be.
