I couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. The environment is clean, safe, and set up to encourage learning and play. Communication with parents is excellent, and it’s clear the teachers put a lot of effort into supporting each child’s development. I highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a trustworthy place for their child.

My daughter loves coming to school! I like that I have the option to select how many days or hours she can attend without feeling obligated! The staff is wonderful!

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to taking my 2-year-old. When I picked up my daughter, she had scratches on her chin and behind her ear. When I inquired about what occurred, I received a very indifferent response: “My child is very active.” Then, a few days later, an outside party visited and found my baby strapped into a high chair, crying and screaming at the top of her lungs, clearly very unhappy. Now, at 2 AM, I am awake, contemplating what happened to my child. I am extremely dissatisfied.

My child has been going here since she was 12months old and the teachers are amazing. She is now 2 and knows all of her letters, numbers, and shapes.

Morals, or a lack of. My grandchildren have come here for a while now, and we have always been pleased with the teachers, until today. Apparently, a lady in training to be the night manager attempted to short change my step daughter, and lied to her. She was paying something like 34.06 in cash, and this employee (dark hair, light skin, thin, high cheekbones, multilingual) told her that “They don’t do change, so she had to round up to $37,” shortchanging her 0.94 cents. Whether it’s a penny or $100, theft is theft. Then the lady handed her back 18 one dollar bills. My stepdaughter looked at all the ones and asked for a larger bill and the employee said they didn’t have any. My stepdaughter looked at the cash drawer and said, “can I have that five?“ And the employee did trade her. As someone who has owned several successful businesses and sold them over the years, business owners prefer people to pay in cash rather than a card because they avoid the credit card fee. And any business that has a cash drawer usually prefers one dollar bills to larger bills so it’s easier to make change. We don’t know if this employee has a problem with my stepdaughter, but she was rude, disrespectful, attempted to steal from her, and lied to her face. Aside from this one employee Kids By The Hour is a fine daycare, but an employee who is willing to be so bold asked to do what she did… What does she do when nobody is looking? There is no shortage of bilingual mothers looking for a job where they can bring their children. One who has already proven a lack of morals and blatant comfort with stealing, lying and disrespect… she should not be handling money or children.
