I currently have two kids attending Wah Mei KBTB and I've been very happy with the school. Both kids started in the infant room and went through all the classrooms. All the teachers, directors and staff are so dedicated and just phenomenal. Families at the school are warm and caring and we've made truly wonderful friends over the years. The school is only closed for federal holidays and otherwise open year around - great for working parents. There is even a chef on site who makes healthy delicious meals (breakfast and lunch) for kids! Also, the facility is probably one of the best in SF. Each classroom is spacious, well ventilated and gets tons of natural light. There is a sizable playground with separate toddler play area, mud kitchen, reading nook and tables where kids can draw and paint. On rainy days, kids go to an indoor play space and get to run around. My kids absolutely love their school and so do we.
I've had three kids here over a number of years and it is a just a wonderful place. The teachers are great and really care about the kids. They teach excellent lessons and won't hesitate to increase the difficulty if they kids are catching on. They have a wonderful outdoor playground that they spend a lot of time on. My kids always come home exhausted and happy. It's also inside a Federal Government building, which means that you get the added security that any Government building gets. Full security detail, metal detectors and x-ray machines. Even the guards are great and will not hesitate to help out in any way.
I have sent my kids to this childcare center since June 2020 and am so thankful for this beautiful and friendly space for my kids to play and learn in.
