We have been part of Kids and Co for the past two years. My daughter started here at a year old and it has been a great experience. My infant just started a couple months ago. Everyone is so nice and caring from all of the teachers down to the managing staff. Pam, the director is great with my kids and is a very caring, warm person. she also makes sure parents are informed with any updates through email. I'm glad to have found this location.
My son has been attending Kids and Company in Schaumburg for almost two years. From the moment I stepped into the daycare, I felt a sense of safety and warmth from everyone. The staff and directors know all the kids and parents by name, always greeting us with kindness and accommodating any transitions in our lives or changes in our weekly routines. Their communication with parents is excellent, and the extra activities they organize—whether on weekends or beyond—are wonderful. I’m incredibly grateful for them; they have truly been a saving grace.
We started at Kids & Company at the start of the new year and we absolutely LOVE it there. Ms. Pam was incredibly welcoming and very empathetic towards our situation and assured us that my daughter will be loved and will feel safe. Within a short period of time now, my daughter is thriving! The staff are beyond wonderful! My daughter feels loved, she feels very safe at this school, and she loves learning. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Kids and Company a hundred times over!

When choosing daycare for my kids, we toured 3 places and immediately fell in love with Kids& Company. The center is very clean, offers nutritious meals and their educational programs are focused on development and prepare kids for school. The office is ran by great professionals in the field – Ms. Pam and Ms. Munira – who are compassionate, understand the children needs and support us in every way they can.
