Both of my grandsons have attended Kids Academy West on Cantrell, my youngest is attending at this time. Each time we have needed them, we have had the easiest time getting them in and started. We have loved every single teacher that we have had contact with. Someone is always cleaning when I am there. Communication is good. Anytime we had any questions or problems, they've been met with kindness and understanding and have been addressed immediately. My youngest is 16 months old, he has been in the Baby Pink and Blue Rooms (Miss Brooklyn is the GREATEST) and is now in the Youngest Toddler room (Aqua - Miss Bella loves those kiddos so much). I have nothing but good things to say about this program. They have treated my littles, and my hubby and I, like family. Every single teacher, that I have had the pleasure of getting to know during my time with them, seems to truly enjoy what they do. They have to - there's no way any of them make enough for what they do each day. But they are there, greeting each kid, showing love and patience and kindness, day in and day out. The management is outstanding, Miss Tiffany has been so good to us! They have put on events for the kids outside of the long hours that are put in each day. They had a Fall Festival for Halloween this past year that included trunk or treat, food, drinks, candy, all kinds of games with a hay ride to boot! I could go on and on. I would recommend this daycare to everyone I know. Are they perfect? No, it's a DAYCARE! And they have to deal with all of us and our kids lol! But having a daycare full of staff that truly care about me and my children, is absolutely priceless. Honestly, they have been a Godsend for our family. Love you guys!
My son has currently been going to Kids Academy since July 2018 started in the infant room and is now in Aqua. Every single teacher that has encountered my son has been super sweet and so helpful! They all understand the new mom jiggers and understand that we will call none stop to check on our babies. My son is very well taken care of when he is with his teachers and I never truly have a concern!
My sons have gone here for two years. I've only had minor issues that were always fixed in a timely manner by the staff. They have good teachers in each room. The before and after school drop off/pick up are a big help for school age childeren in the area. Kids Academy has reasonable prices. It would be five stars if they had cameras that parents could see their kids throughout the day.
My Daughter has been going here for about 8 months now and she absolutely loves it! She gets excited to see her teachers in the mornings and they treat her like their own. Very pleased.
I would leave 0 stars if possible. This daycare left my friend’s child outside for an hour alone. He is only 22 months old. He was left there, outside, by himself after all of the teachers left. This is child endangerment and this place shouldn’t be allowed to treat children like they are livestock.
