However, two negative reviews raise serious concerns about past mold issues that allegedly caused staff health problems and reports of inconsistent treatment of children.
Heard from an old staff member that mold was here……apparently the managers neglected it for many months before getting it fixed. Even then…...the mold has most likely spread in other places now. Poor staff member ended up with lung issues, fungi in her, toxins in her and even had to have surgery. Definitely not a place I’d send my children.
No high turnover of staff. They treat my daughter warmly with welcome hugs every morning. They spend the time to acknowledge the child and parent, even have short friendly conversations. This lets me know that they are prepared to stay diligent with my daughter's safety and care. Clean and director is easy to work with. One suggestion: more art projects!
I love the security at kids first. Double doors and someone always in the front to let me in. Classroom is super CLEAN. The owners are always there and ask how things are going! Great place.
My grandson Wyatt loves it here! He has attended kids 1st since he turned 3yrs and he's now 7 almost 8 years old !!! Wow time flies!
When you trust your child to be treated with the same as the other kids they really don't they should not be allowed to single them out and not give one kid the cupcakes but the rest of them get them kids have to be tought how to mind not singled out kids are not bad and for anyone who treats kids like that should be a shame it makes the kids feel like they are not good enough to be treated with respect like the other
