What Parents Say
Reviews are sharply divided with no middle ground. Positive reviewers praise the friendly staff, clean facilities, structured curriculum, and child development outcomes over multiple years. Negative reviewers cite unkempt classrooms, unwelcoming staff, poor learning outcomes, and overall poor quality.
My daughter has went to Kiddieland for 2 years, I've never had any problems. Staff have always been friendly and kept me informed about my child's daily activity. My daughter is very advanced and people are often impressed on how much she knows. I have read some of the negative reviews on here, but I can't see that we are reviewing the same center.
My daughter went to Kiddieland when they had the More At Four program 10 years ago and it helped her tremendously with her social skills and to help her prepare for kindergarten. The staff is NOT ghetto or hired off the streets. Kiddieland is not a place to babysit but the kids learn cognitive/social/emotional skills. The staff has separate rooms for the different ages and they all have a lesson plan and agenda guidelines to follow. The rooms are clean and colorful and very kid friendly. The owner Michelle Chambers always find it in her heart to work with parents if transportation was an issue or other needs. Kiddieland has always been a 5 star facility. Their are several fake reviews on here that's absolutely not true.
My daughter has been at Kiddieland for a year and a half! She will be two in April and can already count to 20, knows ABCs and so much more! The staff is friendly and never makes you feel uncomfortable! The center is VERY safe and my daughter LOVES the teachers!!! The other comments have too be fake because no one who has had a child here would say any of those things!!! Awesome place
After touring this place with my wife and seeing how unkempt and tiny the classrooms are, we decided against it. The staff did not make us feel welcomed. Maybe they don't like people.
I had the opportunity to pick my granddaughter up a few days ago and it was the first time I had been there for her and I was so impressed! They had the doors locked so no one could just walk in and even though it was plain to see I was the "Nana" by my granddaughters expression they still had me show my ID🤗
