My experience in the infant room was truly wonderful. Miss Sheila, Dianna, and Melissa are phenomenal—loving, patient, and genuinely caring. I always felt my baby was safe and nurtured with them, and I’m very grateful for the care they provided. I also had positive interactions with the other teachers during that stage. Unfortunately, my experience changed when my daughter moved up to the 1-year-old room with Miss Teneisha. I want to be very clear that I am not accusing anyone of abuse. However, the way babies/toddlers were handled felt unnecessarily rough and not appropriate for children of that age. This situation occurred toward the end of November. I am grateful that the app allows parents to see live classroom moments, which is how I became aware of the situation. At the same time, I was very disappointed that the video could not be replayed or reviewed together with the director when I requested it. That felt like a missed opportunity to address the concern transparently and constructively. I brought my concerns to the director hoping for support and reassurance, but I did not feel the situation was taken with the seriousness it deserved. Toddlers still need gentle, patient handling, and I hope the administration takes steps to ensure consistent care standards across all classrooms. Parents should feel confident that their children are being treated with kindness at every stage.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at The Children’s Courtyard at Dr. Phillips. I initially found them through my employer’s backup care program, and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, the director, Miss. Jamon, has been incredible. She is responsive, patient, and always willing to answer every question or concern we’ve had. As a parent, that level of communication and support truly means everything. My daughter’s classroom teachers, Miss Wanda, Miss Brenda and Miss Tanisha, have been amazing. They made her feel welcomed, safe, and cared for from day one. We are so grateful for the entire team and would absolutely recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child.

When the time came to enroll our daughter in daycare, we were very particular. We toured several local institutions, but this one stood out from the very beginning. From the moment I submitted the inquiry form, the director responded promptly and scheduled a visit. During the tour, we were immediately impressed — the cleanliness, the organization, and especially the attention to safety. Staff checked IDs carefully, the classrooms were spotless, and the children looked happy, calm, and well cared for. The teacher-to-student ratio was excellent, and everything felt structured yet warm. At first, I wondered if it was just great marketing — but after our daughter started attending, I realized it truly wasn’t. The same quality, care, and organization we saw on day one have been consistent every single day. I feel completely at peace leaving my child here. The teachers are kind, patient, and genuinely care about each child. The parents I see every morning are happy and trusting. The director is incredibly professional, organized, and present — you can tell she leads with heart and high standards. And I want to give a very special thank-you to Ms. Sheila Rose. She is simply wonderful. It takes an extraordinary person to love and nurture someone else’s children the way she does. Her patience, warmth, and dedication shine through every single day, and it’s clear how much the kids adore her. We are so grateful for everything she does — she makes such a beautiful difference in our daughter’s life. This daycare truly feels like a second home for our little one. We are beyond thankful for everyone here who spreads love, care, and kindness every day. Highly, highly recommended!

My son has been in this daycare for 3 years and I have saw amazing improvements throughout the years, this is by far the most successful I have seen the business ran under director Ms Elsie. Ms Elsie and the team listen to concerns and give suggestions and explains thoroughly the policy’s they have in place to keep the children safe. They have a great curriculum for the children and my son has a great time everyday. Ms Beatriz has also been a great help to make sure the teachers give the best care and stay on schedule. Overall I think they are doing an amazing job and keep my son learning the skills and getting him ready for the future school year. I highly recommend this daycare, they also have great rates compared to the surrounding areas. The teachers my son has had throughout his years of being there have been great, treating him with so much love and give the proper care & continue to do so even after he moves to the next class. They send updates about my son throughout the day including pictures and videos and the lessons they are learning with the benefit of a live camera to check in on my son which is a great feature. I could go on and on about how amazing this daycare is. 10/10 recommend anyone out there children in this daycare.

Our son CJ has experienced so much genuine care and love from his teachers here. Miss Carmen and Miss Dianna in the baby room were incredible from day one — patient, gentle, and so good with him. When he moved up, Miss Shiela was wonderful in the small toddler room and made that transition easy and happy. She’s clearly the cornerstone of this facility. And then there’s Miss Natasha (Natti) in the 2s room. Let me tell you, the kids absolutely light up when she walks in. She’s one of those truly special teachers every parent hopes for — energetic, joyful, patient, and someone CJ talks about nonstop at home. You can tell she loves what she does, and the kids feel it. We’re very grateful for the amazing team that CJ has had here that kept him safe happy and on track
