At first everything was going good, it was my child first time being watched by someone other than me or her dad, i understand it took her a while to get adjusted, then i just started seeing stuff that wasn't reported, the only report that was made was when she was first bitten, because she got bit twice and they didnt report the second one because they didnt even realize but you can obviously see it was teethmarks, other times she had scratches or bruises, as a parent i understand accidents happen but i need to know what the accident was and half the time they didnt know, they never had the door locked anyone could have walked in or out without them knowing, i did it once and they didnt even know i was there, my spouse was more lenient but as someone who is paying i felt i had a right to say what my kid is allowed to which i felt i didnt have there, the main lady was sweet and understanding and always gave me answers to questions i was concerned about, everyone else felt like they were hired because there was no one else, because for some reason my child was facetiming their people or friend like why are you showing my child to other people that i dont know? On the phone too? And why are you ok with telling me that like its no issue? The same lady there wouldnt stop telling me that my daughter is allergic to the pampers shes been wearing since birth, which she never shows any symptoms too, but keeps telling me like she knew my child better than me, just recently they got bought out by a new owner and i was grateful because she got locks for the doors better security and cameras, got the staff uniforms, because half the time someone new was working there i didnt know if it was just a parent or a person from another location subbing the main director always wore a shirt with the company logo but id never seen any other staff wearing one . Id say if they had better security and at least uniform with a name id feel more comfortable leaving my kid there, i didnt know anyones name other than the main director they use fake names like Mrs happy or Mrs sunrise. My child did learn some stuff so i am grateful of that, i had to pull her out because of financial issues and now i have to put her back in daycare but im not gonna go back to this one sadly even if there is a new director

I absolutely love this daycare they are by far the best daycare my kids have ever been in griffin ga , I love the owners as well as Ms. Natasha and all of the staff they are my kids and I second family . My oldest child was very nonverbal at first but now she talks non stop and I love how they really pour love into my daughters life each and every day .

My sons started with the center 3 weeks ago and they get so excited when I pull in the parking lot they love all their teachers 😃 I also love the director and staff very loving and professional I feel 100% comfortable with them caring for my children

I’ve had the worst experience at this facility where my son was bitten 2x and one incident went unreported. Scratches on his neck never mentioned no one knew anything, they told me they didn’t have camera yet to view the incidents, but told my sons father he could view them at anytime, they manipulated pricing off old paper work. One day I went to pick my son up without calling as I stood at the door the director Chandra was yelling from the play ground and I heard her smack someone’s kid while washing hands the kid burst into tears she calling him hard headed, and a little girl was punched in the eye by the same little boy that was biting my son, when she hit him back the other staff lady got upset telling her not to hit him and the little girl told her that the boy punched her first I’m sure they did not report him punching her in the eye. Staff did absolutely nothing someone needs to definitely do some investigation when staff realized I was at the door the entire staff got quiet. I took my son out that very same day and Chandra(director)proceeded to ask me what’s the reason I’m taking him out I told her I heard everything I needed to hear she looked like she had seen A ghost I knew she only asked to see how much I had heard or seen this place needs to be shut down these women doesn’t have patience for kids at all my son nose runny never clean when I come pick him up. No kind of nurturing in this place. I will exhaust all avenues to help these kids that cannot speak up for themselves it was by the grace that I just happened to pop up unexpectedly.

Kiddie Kottage Griffin is awesome! They show that they truly care about your kids. It's a pleasure to know you are leaving your kids in great care and don't have to worry about them crying Alday while you're working.
