Our two toddlers attended for daycare services last year, and our older son attended for after-school care. Overall, the facility is nice, not always the best smelling, but I guess that is to be expected with so many little ones and the infant rooms at the entrance. Fortunately, the teachers seemed very caring for the most part. The front-end office staff were kinda nice as well. There were some issues I didn't like and could use a bit of improvement when it involved communication. There were a few incidents with all three of my children where they were hurt or experienced an uncomfortable situation with other children (being hit in the head, being bitten, etc.) Sometimes these instances would be told to me by the time upon arrival but never at the time of occurance via the parent-teacher mobile app and sometimes never mentioned to me by the front office staff which would have required a signed incident report. One of the instances, our oldest child got bit by one of his peers, and the only reason we found out was because he said something to us. When I picked him up, not one adult uttered a word until I asked them about it. No incident report was prepared. On another occasion, in February, there was an incident report handed to me for a signature for an incident dated back in the first week of January. This was an incident I knew nothing about. I also didn't care for the fact that my children, who, during home schooling, were NEVER sick and stayed sick after attending daycare. (This was their second daycare). Granted I understand they are being exposed to more people and more germs BUT it seems as if the daycare didn't belive in a sick policy. There were days I would see children with so much green snot dripping down to their chins wiping it on the hall walls and nobody would tend to the child to clean their face. Even when my youngest was suffering from allergies and his nose would run. When I picked him up he either had snot visibly leaking out his nose and I'd have to ask the teacher for a tissue or he'd have those dry crusty streaks on his face as if he used his hand to wipe his own nose and it dried up and no one bothered to take a wipe (which I was required to send for both him and his brother spexidically for potty training needs at that time) and at least wipe his face clean. There were also days I picked the kids up and either one or both potty-training toddlers would have full pulls up on. I believe that with better communication with parents, tighter oversight of all the children and their playful habits and just keeping the facility cleaner/disinfected, they'd be A1. I never had a bad experience with the actual teachers in charge of each of my babies.

I can’t exactly say that this place sucks or not for sure, but I can definitely say I don’t feel the teachers here are properly trained to handle all kinds of kids. They say they take in kids that’s are autistic, but yet my kid didn’t make the cut. Right after my husband dropped him off, an hour later they decided he was a safety hazard because he would run and knock down chairs, as if other kids don’t do that and that I needed to leave work and come pick my son up right away. I’m a school bus driver dealing with all sorts of kids by myself and if I can handle kids fighting of all ages and backgrounds, they should definitely know how and what is appropriate to handle a 2 year old. He is now in a school and I visit to see how he is doing. His teacher says he is doing awesome and based off my own personal observations, he seems to be acting just like all the other kids his age and I have yet to be told that he has caused any problems. So I cannot say I recommend this place. It’s sad because there’s not a lot of daycares in this area and I was counting on this one to help. After being told he could start attending, an hour later he’s being turned away. I’ve never experienced that before and he’s not my only child. I was extremely disappointed because it just felt like the staff didn’t feel like dealing with kids who might be a little challenging. I deal with it everyday and I know it’s part of the job.

I definitely wouldn't recommend. For one it's a lack of communication, and they don't tend to the kids. My granddaughter came home 2days in a row with someone else child pacifier, so I said something to worker. Then I look over someone else has her pacifier in there mouth. They take certain kids outside, n to top it off how is my grandchild 1, she's in a 1year old class, but when I leave but her in the crawler class. It's like it's only one person in charge when you ask questions , you get told you have to wait until a certain person gets here, n to top it off still waiting on refund from when granddaughter got approved for caps 3weeks ago.

We are completely IN LOVE with this place and the staff! My son came from two daycares that left him afraid of people, the bathroom and loud noises. After pulling him out of each place then hearing the next place say the same words as the last about how they will take care of the children, i found myself broken and exhausted. My heart hurt for my son. We prayed and prayed for a place that would do what they said and a place that wouldn't hurt our child. THIS PLACE IS EVERYTHING AND MORE! They actually do love the children there. Each staff member is very kind to the parents even. I want used to that! My son is now using the potty bc of this place! They were so loving and worked with my son's fear until it broke! They understand and get each child that has specific needs. Every day i pick my son up he's EXTREMELY happy. He's been attending here for several months and his character has improved, His talking, He can count up to 20. Knows his colors and is just all around HAPPY! THIS ACADEMY IS LITERALLY LIKE DROPPING HIM OFF WITH FAMILY! LOOK NO FURTHER PARENTS! YOUR CHILD WITH GROW HERE WITH AMAZING SUPPORT, LOVE AND ENCOURAGEMENT! You want a safe place. ....here it is!
