Great teachers, but horrible administration. They will turn their backs on their best teacher and force them into “early resignation” for being sick. They also will only give a few hours of training for a whole years worth of curriculum. I personally taught both the 18 months to 2 years old and the five-year-old class and had maybe three hours of training for each of them, and then was talked bad about to other staff for my class falling slightly behind. I personally quit for that reason, but have been told by recent employees that the problems have not gotten better since then. There is a very high turnover rate because of the leadership, and your child will suffer from it.
Teachers are extremely nice, caring, & make the extra effort to help your children. Our daughter is advanced for her age & her teacher adjusted her learning schedule to keep her challenged & engaged to help her learn even more before starting "regular" school. Reading, writing, grammar, & scheduled play time & activities all for a competitive rate compared to other daycare/preschool locations. Breakfast & lunches provided... Security is decent & I feel very safe leaving my daughter there.
