Kiddie Academy Of Woodforest

We left another daycare in the area for this EDUCATIONAL facility. They have a curriculum meant to teach your child. (not just an eat, sleep and change diapers attitude) Clean, current on technology (Hatch, Tadpoles and security elements), lots of parking (which means more outside activities!), a CHEF and friendly owner on sight daily. Caring and warm staff. Lots to offer your child (besides hugs and <3) such as soccer and The Giggle Bus (have I mentioned they have only been open since late August). They just hosted their first Parents Night Out event, very nice for mom and dad too! Cant wait to see what else they bring to the table for my child. Not a faith based location but if you believe education is key then this is the place for you. What are you waiting for???

Where do I start. 2 years ago we came to KAW. At the time my child was nonverbal and were going through some major challenges with finding stability and balance from a school. We started in Mrs. Mariela classroom, She is a mother and a grandmother, and is a very straightforward, stern woman (which I value and love about her). She seeks the best out of each individual that is in her classroom and every decision that she makes is made with love and respect for a child. Mrs. Mariela has made such an impact on my child and my family’s lives. I will truly never be able to repay her. We then moved up into a classroom where we did have some challenges with the teacher (no longer employed) and the front staff Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Bianca both stepped up (on so many occasions) and made adjustments for my child and put him in a classroom that suited him. This is where we met Miss Ayana. Miss Ayana is a young lady who works diligently to find balance in her classroom. She loves her children, and you can see that in the way that she runs her classroom in her day to day. We then moved up to Miss Luz Classroom where we were yet again met with an impactful teacher. Every challenge a Daycare faces I have watched all of these individuals work together to make a difference in my child’s life. I cannot recommend this school enough to anybody that is looking for childcare in the Woodforest area. Some follow up at around three years old. My child started to talk and is going into general education this year, and I can say for a fact that this Daycare is a huge reason why. They worked with the speech language pathologist to schedule times for therapy and gave quiet rooms for them to go to. 10/10. Yall will be missed dearly.

We relocated across the country last year and searched the area for a few months before finding kiddie academy! From the first call we had with Kim to the first day our kids started last year we knew they were in great care. Our youngest in the toddler room loves each of her teachers and friends, she loves going to care each day! Our preschooler absolutely loves Mrs. Jessica, she provides the kids with the education, love and support they need daily. When our oldest started he really had a hard time with transition naturally but between all of the staff they would always find a way to comfort him. He loves it there now and has made some great friends for kindergarten this next year in addition to the education. Mrs J makes their educational time fun and incorporates songs into their daily lessons which helps. The security of the building is refreshing to have as well, even though it’s in a great neighborhood it’s a piece of mind. The meals our kids eat are great, half of the time I can’t get my kids to eat that well at home, that speaks volumes. We cannot thank the KAW staff enough for providing the care they do for our children day in and day out. The staff at kiddie academy really care for your little. They even host fun events for the kids like spring/Easter egg hunt and party was the last even and parents night out. I would highly recommend Kiddie academy of woodforest to any family looking.

All three of our kids attended Kiddie Academy Woodforest. We are so thankful for the staff and how much they loved and took care of our kids for the last 4 years. Great school! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a daycare near by.

We love and highly recommend the Kiddie Academy of Woodforest! My son attended first when he was 2 years old when we lived in Woodforest, but we later relocated to Conroe and unfortunately had to change schools for convenience. We had a wonderful experience during that time (which was during COVID). We had the pleasure of coming back to KA for their CampVentures Summer camp this summer for my now 5 year old son and his little sister who is almost 2 years old. We had a wonderful experience yet again and really appreciated the owner's flexibility with our unique situation! The staff is very caring and both kids had a wonderful time.
