Kiddie Academy Alliance is truly the best. We would never trust anyone else with our babies. The level of care, communication, and consistency across the entire staff is incredible — it genuinely feels like they go above and beyond for every family. We feel so lucky to have found a place that cares this deeply.

Kiddie Academy of Alliance has been an amazing place for our family. The teachers are warm, caring, and truly make my child feel loved and supported, which means everything to us. Communication is always clear and transparent, so we feel connected and informed every step of the way. After a year here, I can confidently say the staff and teachers go above and beyond every day. We’re so grateful to be part of this community.

I’ve held off on writing this review in hopes that the issues we experienced would be addressed internally, but after recent events, I feel it’s important to share our experience. First, I want to acknowledge that the facility is clean, organized, and visually welcoming. The classrooms appear well equipped, and the teachers my child interacts with have always been friendly, warm, and nurturing on the surface. However, despite these positives, I have serious concerns about the level of supervision and overall safety protocols at this daycare. Within less than one week (my daughters attended only 2 times a week) my daughter was bitten by another child on two separate occasions WITHIN THE SAME WEEK. While I understand that biting can sometimes happen with young children (I have 3 and neither have ever bitten each other), it becomes a much more serious issue when it occurs repeatedly in such a short timeframe. What is most troubling is that both incidents suggest a potential lack of adequate supervision and response. As a parent, I place my trust in the daycare staff to not only educate and care for my child but also to keep her safe. When that trust is broken, it becomes very difficult to feel comfortable continuing care without real reassurances and meaningful changes. In both cases, we were notified after the fact, but I was left with more questions than answers. How did this happen? Who was supervising? What actions were taken with the other child involved for the SECOND time? And most importantly, what steps are being taken to prevent this from happening again? I expect any daycare, especially one that promotes a safe and nurturing environment, to have firm procedures in place for monitoring children, addressing aggressive behavior quickly, and protecting others from being harmed. At this point, it feels like there was a breakdown somewhere in those processes, and that borders on negligence. Two bites in a week is not just an unfortunate coincidence; it's a pattern that needs serious attention. I sincerely hope the staff and owner takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure a higher standard of care moving forward. All children deserve to feel safe and protected while they learn and grow, and all parents deserve peace of mind when entrusting their children to your care. I attached a photo of the most recent bite, the first one was WORSE and I don’t seem to have it on my phone. Anyways, choose a daycare that has a no biting policy or tolerance or something. On top of that I just paid my tuition in advance and now I have to wait for a check to be written.

We had such a wonderful experience at Kiddie Academy from the time my daughter was 1 year old until 2.5 years old (left due to a move). The staff were always warm, communicative, and truly showed love and patience with the children. We especially loved the Young and Older Toddler rooms—Ms. Yahir, Ms. Daniela, Ms. Kristen, and many others made each day special for our daughter. She learned so much every day and was always excited to see her teachers! As a first-time mom, I really appreciated that they offered live cameras in the classrooms. It gave me so much peace of mind when we first started and helped build trust and confidence in our decision. Pick-up and drop-off always felt personal—every morning/afternoon we were greeted by the director or one of the owners, and everyone in the building knew my daughter’s name. That kind of care and attention meant the world to us. I also loved the daily updates and pictures they sent. It was so comforting and exciting to see what my child was learning and doing each day. We’ll miss KA so much. The care and kindness from the staff made a lasting impression on our family. Thank you for creating such a loving and safe environment for our little one!

My daughter has been at Kiddie since 2021, and we couldn't be happier with how the entire staff has cared for her. We went through moments that no parent would want to happen to their child; she was bitten or didn't want to stay the first few days, but you helped us get through it all in the best way possible! There, you'll find the most loving and well-prepared teachers to solve any problem with your little one, and where they'll feel loved and at home. Thank you, Kiddie, for helping us grow our baby.
