I’m disappointed with my experience at this daycare. Communication with parents was inconsistent, and several concerns we raised were not addressed in a timely way. Staff turnover was high, which made it difficult for my child to adjust. Safety and supervision standards did not meet our expectations. During visits and conversations, communication often felt confrontational rather than supportive. On more than one occasion, comments were made about children that we found inappropriate and concerning for a childcare environment. Do you're self a favor and don't send your kids here.
We are so happy to have found Kiddie Academy! I was so nervous about putting our infant son in daycare, but he has absolutely thrived here. His teachers are so skilled, caring, and attentive--we love the photos they send throughout the day! Ms. Sara is full of advice for how we can help him meet milestones, sleep better, get better at eating solids, etc. We feel such peace of mind leaving him in Kiddie Academy's care and would highly recommend!
