Kiddie Academy Child Care Learning Center

I would not recommend Kiddie Academy of Claremont to any parent who values transparency, professionalism, and the safety of their child. Due to ongoing family court proceedings, I provided Ms. Susie and the Kiddie Academy administration with two valid court orders confirming my right to access my child’s educational records. While I’ve consistently approached these matters with professionalism and respect, that same level of integrity has not been reciprocated. Despite my written request that the school not notify the child’s mother about my inquiries—due to a documented history of retaliatory behavior—Ms. Susie proceeded to contact her anyway. As feared, the mother responded by initiating further legal action, which has now resulted in my being withheld from my child. This disregard for my reasonable and legally grounded request directly undermined the safety and stability of my child’s situation. Over two months have passed since I initially requested enrollment and academic records from the school. To date, Kiddie Academy has failed to honor the court orders presented or to fulfill even basic documentation requests. These include the curriculum, teacher credentials (which they claim match public school standards), and their food menu—all of which I am legally entitled to receive. In addition to administrative issues, my child frequently communicates dissatisfaction with his experience at this facility. A recent example: the school sent home classwork written entirely in highlighter, which raises serious questions about instructional quality and supervision. There is a troubling lack of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness at Kiddie Academy of Claremont. In my view, this facility falls well below the standards expected of a reputable early education provider. I strongly encourage other parents to exercise caution and seek alternatives.

My children joined this magnificent place when they were 2months old. When we lift the US, they were 5, 4, and 3years. We had absolutely the best experience ever in child care . The staff and I were a family and good friends. They care for the children from the heart. They listen carefully to you and try to accommodate your needs. My children now are 13, 11, 10years we miss them until this moment.

Kiddie Academy is local, reliable and I highly recommend Kiddie Academy. They helped us with my daughter since she was little. She was in the toddler nursery area and as she grew, she went to different classrooms. Everyone there is loving, affectionate and the kids really enjoy being there. They have curriculum for the different age groups and the kids love the activities. To this day my daughter loves Kiddie Academy. I felt comfortable leaving my baby there, it felt like she was with family.

Kiddy Academy Claremont, has been a God sent! My daughter Zyila, started here when she was a toddler until a teenager. Where she made many friendships.I always felt a sense of security knowing that she was Always well taking care of. The Staff has Always been so supportive and caring sometimes going over and beyond to help my Family. I love this place, and the staff are amazing. They have tooken such good care of my son, whom began attending at almost 3years old. Ms. Anna/Director is so sweet to my son and all of the children. Mrs. Lucy/CEO always along with Ms Anna partner together to keep a clean and sanitize facility. I love & adore Ms. Rosie/Staff she's so faithful and she loves the kiddos and does a lot of activities along with the other staff members. My son loves the Kinderkountry they really have become like family. They have been there through thick & thin. Thank you to all of the staff that make it easier to go to work , while my son has a safe place to call his own. GOD bless each of you☺️
