Kidd Street Preschool Of Riverside

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! My son has been attending this daycare for a couple of years and honestly I wouldn’t place him anywhere else. The teachers and supervisors are so amazing. They were able to help improve my son with his speech and social skills. They really took time to get to know my son and he loves all his teachers!

Stay away from this school! I had my 2 boys in this preschool for a couple of months... At first they seemed nice and caring. But I've noticed some alarming things. 1.) They say they give food at a certain time but never do. For example their afternoon snack supposedly is at 3pm but the kids dont get food until 3.45pm almost 4pm. There lunch is at around 11am so these kids are staying hungry after that... that's not even the worst part. The staff walks from class to class to keep counting how many kids are left before they give out the food. Example at 3.30pm staff counts and disappears for another 20mins and comes back to count... its so sad that they are allowed to run a preschool this way. They even get FOOD funded by the state... they had all parents sign a document so that they can get funding... My older son finally went to Kindergarten and I pulled him. My second son was doing very well in Ms. Amanda's class we all love her so much. She did arts and crafts and help him get potty trained. She is a real nice and educated teacher for the kids. Sadly after my son got moved to Ms. Jamie's class which this school calls "preschool " classroom where all the kids are potty trained things started going down hill.... he always comes home with a daily report. In this report there was always things like: played with sand, play dough, pretend play, played with cars.... NO ARTS AND CRAFTS EVER. There is nothing academic happening in this class! My son learned more in his potty training class with Ms. Amanda that this teacher! I finally decided to have my son attend RSUD preschool classes so that he learns more at a public school. Before I signed him up I asked Ms. Lucy (one of the administrators) if they pick up children from this public preschool. She said YES. They also had handed me a price list showing they pick up from preschool.... after I signed my son up and went to tell them that he will need to be picked up from preschool all of a sudden they don't pick up.... what nonsense why advertise if you don't do it. And why did Ms. Lucy not tell me this when I asked... I selected this public preschool closer to Kidd street so that he can be picked up... I did not say anything and managed to pick him up myself and drop him at Kidd street. When I did that I noticed that my son is getting pushed around from class to class. Like if they don't have a "spot" for him. Now that he is going to public preschool... What drove me off the edge is my son one day being in a class room with 1 year olds! He is 3! He looked so sad and confused when I got him that day it broke my heart! all I need to say to future parents please do your research before placing your kids to this school! Ps. The same lady that told me they don't pick up from this public school I see her everyday at the same time to pick up other children but refused to get my son!

Kidd Street Preschool is a blessing! My son has been attending since he was 9 months old and his experiences with the staff has always been great. He always has a good day and they definitely keep the kids busy with different activities through out the day.

My daughters been attending Kidd Street for 2 years now and it has been a good experience. The school base structure will make it easier to transition to kindergarten. Her teachers and the staff overall have been kind and friendly.

My kiddo has been going to Kidd Street since he was just about a year old. The teachers and staff are incredible and very involved with each child. A HUGE relief for school age is the teachers help with homework. Highly recommend!
