If I could I would give them a negative 5 star. That daycare is horrible! My son came with finger tips bruises all over his legs. And cried to the point he couldn't no longer cry. When I got him out daycare the owner was there and she rolled her eyes at me and turned her back on me. She was just an as****! Thank God my son only lasted 1 week when we moved him to another daycare where he was happy! Do not recommend you this daycare at all!!!
My son (Foster Son) was removed three weeks ago from this Daycare and since then he has started to open up about what he had experienced while attending. I noticed a big change in him at home while attending Kid Kountry. Since removed he has told me that he was yelled at by daycare workers and treated very unfair. Also just found out about his mat that I paid $50 for was never used. He said he was told that he did not have a mat and they would share a mat… I will be addressing this. Also I know other people that have removed their children due to noticeable change in there children at home and other complaints have been made against the daycare. Since being in his new daycare he is back to his normal self and I have not received any calls from his new daycare and he is happy again. What does that tell you?
Very large class sizes w/minimum teacher ratio. Difficult for children to learn and get personalized instruction with so many kids in each class. I would not be surprised if they have more kids in the classes than the Texas state minimum standards allow. However, all of the teachers (except one) are caring and do their best. I always felt that my child was safe. *** Take note that the 4K teacher plays favorites and if your kid isn't a favorite, they will know it. She also is not truthful with parents. ***
Do not recommend this daycare! The owner is rude! She does not care about the parents concerns to help your children. She will try to talk over you when you are talking to her! I believe false things were made up about my son at times, because I could tell that they have favorites. We asked to see footage of things on camera that they say supposedly happened. The owner refused to show us the footage an makes up excuses!
I recently moved to lufkin and had no other choice but to put my kiddos into school. Keep in mind, my babies have NEVER gone a day without being right up under by bottom 24/7 and I’m an overly protective and hovering momma lol I can honestly say these people met my standers and my standers are pretty dad gum high!! They have been there almost a week now and they love it 🥰 My youngest Corbin who’s almost 2 is having a bit of a harder time adjusting to being away from me than my 4 year old Lucas but their doing great working with them and helping them. Mrs. Brenda and Mrs. Jolene are AWESOME 🤩. If you’re anything like me and trust no one with your kids and don’t want um sitting in a room balling all dang day, your best bet is to take um here. If I could give um 10 stars I so would!! 🌟 ( I wish they would be able to take pictures of them during the day and send them to me so I could feel better about myself lol but that’s a work in progress lol ) 😂
