Just saw an extremely unsafe vehicle driving down 23rd Street headed on to The MLK parkway. Green van that was loaded with childern. This vehicle was so in need of repair that it was almost going sideways down the road. Could be many issues but it shiddered and wobbled so bad that I had to point it out to my passenger so he could see how an unsafe vehicle handles. This has got to be fixed. These kids are in serious danger riding in a Van in need of that much repair. Bad,very bad on this buisness.
