My kids have been attending this daycare since November and I had to pull them out because of a sneaky decision they made. Even though they made it inconvenient for me and my family and I wasn’t sure if I wanted them to attend. Karissa said she was suppose to be contacting me about another location and I have been calling and they still haven’t got back to me. I reached out 08/13 no response and my husband reached out still nothing.Doesn’t matter how much time and money and donations you give to a place they can care less about you or your kid and they prove that. It’s rude and like I said very inconvenient. She definitely going to put her family first and that’s another thing.
The owner Keresa, in my opinion goes above and beyond for her parents and staff. She personally does things for people that she doesn't have to do but not only that, but other establishments would never do because they are not family based like Young Memories. Not just her own family but everyone who is a part of the center as a whole including the children. I see many people try to tarnish this amazing business due to circumstances that didn't work out in their own favor and its diminishing. Young Memories is amazing!
This is an extremely unprofessional daycare, I had a teacher make fun of my son while he was crying and he has ADHD. They are not accommodating and seem to work more for themselves not the children, many of them have attitudes and if they do not particularly like your kid/kids they show it. They close an ungodly amount, they seem to be closed more often then they are open. They are just overall an extremely poor daycare. Many problems at both locations.
