I love this place! At the tender age of 67 started lifting weights using a superb trainer and very happy with the result. The Kennett Y is very safe, welcoming and clean.

Been a member for a while, but I finally pulled a plug. I’ve been paying over $100 for group membership. I’ve noticed that they close their facility quite often. Every month there’s something. Either some holiday related or some organization related. This month they have closed their facility for practically the whole month due to some renovation. I asked if I can get a refund, but not a single response. I basically paid for the whole month and wasn’t even able to work out. They kept telling me the facility is open and they have classes etc. but what good is the facility being open if my main usage there is using their workout gears? That’s the reason I go there? I should’ve have cancelled the membership long time ago, but I’m giving this facility 1 star because this whole month I feel like I got ripped off. I paid for the services that I did not get.
The Staff are very professional. They provide great insight in proposing exercise regimen to accomplish my fitness goals.
