Ducklings Early Learning Center

I never write reviews, but they were so good to our children I had to make sure they were recognized. The facility itself checks every box that we were looking for (clean, bright, good outdoor space, indoor gym, activities, curriculum). Every other preschool that we looked at would come up short on one of them. One of our 3 children that attended duckling's required A LOT of attention (more than most). Our family is so grateful because they were willing to put forth the extra time and effort that was needed. We had been to other preschools that were not willing. Every teacher and administrator genuinely cared for all of our kids and were so great to us. My kids have attended multiple daycare/preschools since we moved so I have experienced enough to make the comparison. Hands down Ducklings is the best.

Simply put, this daycare is incredible. My son had open heart surgery at 4 months old and started at Ducklings 1 month after surgery. He had some temporary restrictions while he continued to heal (had to be held a certain way, couldn’t sit in certain infant seats, etc.) the teachers adhered to flawlessly. As a first time mom, I felt so comfortable leaving my little one in their care full time (7am - 4:30pm, 5 days/week). From day one, they took care of him like he was their own and communicated with me every step of the way. Almost 2 years later, continues to thrive at Ducklings. He counts and identifies letters, brings home cute/creative art projects, and always looks like he is having a blast in the gym or on the playground with his amazing teachers and friends. I am, and will be, forever grateful for the teachers and staff at this Ducklings location and can’t wait to see what my 2nd born’s time here will bring starting this winter!

We feel beyond lucky to have found this daycare for our daughters. From the very beginning when my oldest started during the height of COVID, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable despite all the challenges and restrictions. That level of care and thoughtfulness has never changed. The staff here care for my girls like their own. They’re warm, attentive and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being and development. My daughters come home happy, loved and learning so much every day. I can’t imagine a better place for my girls to grow, learn and thrive. It will be such a bittersweet day when they age out. This daycare has been such a special part of our lives, and I will always be grateful for the care and love they’ve shown our family.

I love the Ducklings team! They navigate parent-teacher relationships extremely well. Being a Ducklings parent for 5 years, I've come to really appreciate the partnership approach. The teachers and staff are like an extension of our family, everyone all working together. It's never adversarial and I never feel judged. The facilities are clean, they purchase new toys/books as needed, and there's a gym when weather prevents outside play. I love all of the learning! The teaching style prepares kids for big school but also allows them to be kids and play. The baby and toddler rooms have teachers that know each kid, and expose them to books, art projects, and ABCs. It's been a great experience having Ducklings as a partner for our working parents family.

I can't say enough good things about the experience my family has had with Ducklings. Both of my boys have thrived there and I leave them each day knowing they are well taken care of. Every person on staff is kind and caring to my children regardless of whether or not they are their teacher. I couldn't imagine my kids being anywhere else. Ducklings is like family to them and to us.
