Unprofessional: We had been put on the waitlist back in Oct approximately, and was told we’d likely be able to start around Feb/Mar. I’d call every other week for updates leading up to late Feb/Mar and everything seemed on schedule. Late Feb arrived and we’re told the family that was projected to leave still needs a couple more weeks, that was fine with us. In lieu of this they recommended another person for the time being but we politely declined since that person had little to no history/ratings so we continued waiting. Mid Mar arrived and we inquired again and they said any day now we should be able to start care, with that we asked about coming to tour the facility but were met with “we need at least a 3 days notice” which didn’t sit right with my wife in allowing a care facility so much prep time to possibly stage the facility or whatnot but I also understand it’s a small operation. So we said to let us know when a good time to tour the facility would be and have yet to hear back from them and our calls have not been answered, nor our voicemails responded to.
Thanks to Ms. Karen's daycare center! For many years, we get peace of mind leaving our loved ones under great care and disciplines. In addition to easy pick-ups and drop-offs, Ms. Karen and her family are always willing to accommodate parents' schedule even outside of normal operating hours. Their smiling faces and friendly nature don't change at the end of each day though we parents may look exhausted :D. We feel very grateful to have the Washburns as our daycare provider!
Karen's Child Care is the BEST PLACE you could have your children while you are working! They go ABOVE & BEYOND when it comes to educating/enriching EVERY CHILD in their care! It is kept SANITIZED & CLEANER than 99% of childcare places anywhere and the children LOVE being there as well!
Karen, Crystal and Heather take such great care of all their kids! Their facility is always clean and organized! Couldn’t recommend them more!
Went by for a tour and every kid looked like they were having the best time of their life playing. Amazing people running this daycare and amazing prices!!!!!!
