As a parent of 2 children in this daycare I can honestly say that they are completely and totally cared for and loved. There is not a person at the center that I wouldn’t trust my children with. I am a very hands on parent and my children are my entire world and the staff here make sure that my kids are taken care of, happy, loved, and safe at all times. My 3 year old can have some big emotions and I have never experienced a staff member not being kind to him during one of his fits. They will get at eye level and help him calm down and use his words to explain why he is upset. Then they help him with whatever the situation is. They celebrate and cheer on both of my kids anytime they are doing something new or experiencing a new development. At the end of the day my kids will come home happy, clean and my son will tell me about the fun things he did. I know they are safe and loved and happy when they are here and not with me. Which gives this mama a total peace of mind.

My guys have attended Kare bears for over 4 years and I will be forever thankful for the staff. They have helped with their development in coping skills, education, and communication. They are patient and understanding; one of my littles struggles with his emotions and they are able to redirect him and make him feel safe and teach him tools to be able to communicate how he is feeling. Children do not come with manuals and Ms. Kylee has helped me as well with different approaches on how to help my kids and their emotions. I love getting their fun arts and crafts and hearing all the fun things they are learning. I am at ease knowing that my babies are safe when I am not around. Hands down the best place for the kiddos!!!!! Thank you team for helping be my village!!!!

Awful excuse for a day”care”. I recently left this daycare and moved my 2.5yr old into another center. I immediately noticed several things with the new daycare vs this one. But the biggest thing I’ve noticed is that when I pick up my child at the new place he is happy and excited to see me, then comes home and listens, is kind and goes to bed just fine. Whereas with this place my kiddo was always angry and violent with me and his family. He had regular meltdowns on a daily basis. The behavior changes in my child is profound, simply by moving him to a place that cares well for children. Another vip thing to mention is the diaper issue. At the new place they ask for diapers weekly consistently. My child has not had one diaper rash since we’ve changed venues. But at this place my Child constantly had a diaper rash and I noticed that only once or twice a month diapers were asked for. Plus my child is never sent home wet at the new place whereas with this place I continuously had to ask and wait for my child to be changed. Here are some other key points: 1. The new place is clean and smells disinfected, whereas this one is always dirty. 2. The rooms at the new center r organized and never has much chaos like loose toys. Whereas this one, the rooms r always chaotic. Mind u now in order to get to the toddler room you’ve got to go through two other rooms. 3. The children at the new daycare are hardly ever crying or running wild. Whereas with this place the kids r always in chaos, crying, snotty, bottoms wet and running wild with very little structure. 4. The staff at the new place r all super kind and friendly, whereas with this place very few staff r friendly infact when a parent asks most teachers about their child the staff act annoyed and are very short with u. At my new center I’ve never not once experienced this. 5. When my kiddo is picked up at the new place his clothes, face and body r clean and well kept. Whereas with this place my child was constantly sent home dirty, food from hours before on hands and face and his clothes were trashed. 6. The new place gets my child to sleep at nap time with ease everyday. Not once in almost two months has he missed a nap. Whereas with this place the staff said my child never naps. It’s clear to me with all these major differences that the care my child was getting at this place was minimal & neglectful. Please parents if you notice things wrong with your child here move them asap because they are not being cared for in an appropriate manner.

My son received scratches at this daycare and no one could explain how they happened and no incident report was created. The manager said she would look into it but never got back to me. They never recorded diaper changes or feeds or naps for my 7-month-old like they said they would. The communication was extremely poor. They also told social services that my children were filthy and had to be wiped down every time they arrived. Even though my children were a new clothes and new diapers every time we drop them off. After we stopped doing their services they did not return any of my belongings. Including glass bottles and formula, which are extremely expensive. Every time I dropped my 2-year-old off with their caretakers. I saw them on their phones not paying attention to the children. Children climbing up on top of things that they shouldn't have been. And children trying to use the bathroom but not being assisted when asking for help. The only good things I can say is there infant room is very large and accommodating. They're outside play area is very nice and updated. I will say they're 2 to 3-year-old room is extremely small for how many children they allow in there. I do not think that any of the children get individual attention because it looked like there was 15 kids in there and just two people to interact with all of them. I understand daycare is a necessity but I would recommend checking other places for space first prior to using Karebear services.

I've had two children go to Kare Bear over the past 7 years. They always love this place, the atmosphere they create is second to none. The attention they give creates memories and bonds for the children that last long after the children move on. My Daughter still remembers her teacher 5 years later. On my end they were always accommodating and professional when it came to scheduling and payment.
