Kalamazoo Drop In Child Care

Both of my children have been coming here for over 2+ years, nearly 3 now, and have never had an issue. Unlike some other places I've taken them, they are excited to come here for the toys they get to play with (I've looked at the toys myself countless times and always clean). The staff I've been in contact with have always been polite and professional, and the couple times an issue arose, they were sure to let me know right away. Overall, best daycare I could ask for, much better than I expected for a free service to the public.

They gave my child a dirty diaper before leaving it had grass on it and a red stain at the top. The kids did not go outside. I do not recommend. My kid was nowhere in grass. It was one of their diapers. The gaslighting on the phone as if it was all in my head was insane. My child's items are all clean. From his clothing down to his car seat. This was a very sad and upsetting experience. Maybe it won't happen to your child but it has indeed happened to my baby.

Excellent service. Ms. Heidy. Ms. April and team doing amazing job. I have put my son here more than one year. We still love this place. Some of the people have doubt about free service. If you have any doubt, forget it for KDCCC. You don't need to worry about it. They are highly responsible about all the kids.

I was sceptical because the drop in daycare is a free program but my kiddo loves going. Everyone is super nice and caring towards the kids. I definitely recommend.

We LOVE the KDCCC. There are always plenty of teachers and volunteers there to watch the kids, and we feel great being able to drop our daughter off in such a positive and loving environment.
