Just What I Needed Child Dev. Center At High Point

Exceptional Care and Learning Environment! I absolutely love this daycare! My daughter has been attending since 2022, and it has been an incredible experience. The staff is caring, professional, and highly communicative—they provide daily updates on meals, activities, and even share pictures from time to time. They are transparent about tuition rates and expectations, making everything easy to understand. Any minor concerns I had early on were addressed immediately and professionally, reinforcing my trust in their care. My daughter, now 4 years old, has thrived here—she counts to 30 effortlessly and can reach 100 with some guidance. She knows our address and phone number, recites the alphabet, identifies most letters, and even sounds out words by their beginning letters. Beyond academics, she has developed kindness, empathy, and a sense of community, always thinking of her classmates and teachers. As a family that moved from another state without much local support, this daycare has been a true blessing. It has provided not only an excellent learning environment but also a sense of belonging. My daughter has made wonderful friendships, even enjoying playdates outside of school. I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and education she receives here. Highly recommend! Thank you JWIN HP!

This is a very warm welcoming daycare for children. I can tell that my son is learning new things everyday just by the way his vocabulary is expanding, listening skills, and so much more. They greet your child with open arms with a smile on their faces every morning and right before they leave. Great place...I love it and my son does to so I know your child will as well

When i was picking up my child one day, the teacher said my kid had very watery diarrhea 10 times!! didnt eat anything all day. When I asked why NOONE CALLED ME she said "oh i thought the child wouldnt come in today". By policy they're supposed to call after 2 times of diarrhea. Then more lies came.. Director did not want to provide with video footage of that day, said she had only 6 diarrheas, (yet still not a single call?), and so on... My child had absolutely no symptoms at home, she ate well and pooped good. We've checked with our doctor who confirmed this is strange and unlikely...So I think, the teacher wanted to get rid of my kid or maybe she was stealing her diapers and needed an excuse why i have to keep bringing more?! I dont know. They kept giving us more and more excuses why there's no video, then why they cant provide with daily activity report (that was an ongoing problem during the whole time of attending). I've spoken to many other parents that go to different daycares and they confirmed this is NOT normal. The main director at Greensboro location was very rude and did not talk in a professional manner even though my husband was as polite as possible in this situation. We have complained to the DSS and changed the daycare obviously. This daycare did not even give us a form for termination. Clearly something's fishy going on. I highly highly do NOT recommend stepping your foot there.

My daughter loves to come here compared to the other daycare she use to go to she would cry not to go but here she be ready to go that makes all the difference to me 😊
