My son had been going to this childcare group since he was a little older than 6 weeks old. I had my reservations with anyone keep my son but I had to get back to work. On his first day- during my very first drop off- I was reassured in my mind that he would be safe there in my absence. This group has always been friendly, understanding and the utmost respectful. Outside of that, I know they say that parents are their kids first teachers but I feel like the faculty at JumpStart are just as keen and supportive to my sons educational growth as I was in all of his years. My son is now in pre k and is thriving higher than I could imagine. My hats off to this group for creating an environment that is not just safe a nurturing for kids physically but also mentally, emotionally and socially. And making this environment that any parent can rest assured that their child is taken care of and treated like family. They are very informative with activities and well rounded in communicating with parents all new needed to be shared. Great community to start your children in- and if I had another child- that’s where they would be also! Love you ladies and keep up the good work.

This Daycare is Phenomenal!!!!! My two little boys went here for two years until they started school, they were good to my boys!!!! They helped potty trained my boys, it felt like home for my boys, and one of the staff treated them just like her grandkids. Jumpstart is clean, organized and has great structure which my boys needed!!!! The owner love these kids and she is always concerned about their well being. My kids were loved!!!!!! I also do foster care and the owner took them in and treated them with so much love!!! This is a place to bring your kids! The staff are so kind and loving!!!!! My foster daughter still goes there and I can relax when I am at work. We never worried about our kids because they did an outstanding job. I love them and wouldn’t take my kids no other place.

Jumpstart Creative was there for my child at a pivotal moment in her life when we urgently needed care due to unforeseen circumstances. My daughter has now been a part of this phenomenal academy for two years, and I can’t thank the professional staff enough for their dedication and attention to detail. The director greets everyone with positivity and warmth each morning, which sets such a reassuring tone. The staff truly care about the kids — Ms. Franklin has been an excellent addition, along with Ms. G, Amber, and so many others. The center itself is beautifully presented, a true reflection of the talent and effort that goes into making Jumpstart Creative such a special place. While I’m sad to be departing and starting the trust cycle with a new school, I know without a doubt that any parent who chooses Jumpstart will have no regrets. My little superstar is witty, confident, and well-rounded, thanks to Jumpstart’s professionalism, poise, and consistent nurturing every single day.

‼️Do not bring your children here ‼️ At first everything was fine until today. My daughter was enrolled for about a year she was 9 weeks and her last day was today. There are great teachers here. Love the 1 year old classroom. Far as the center director truly concerned for anyone with a child enrolled here under her care. Very nasty , extremely disrespectful and loud. My daughter was unenrolled today as a result of asking questions pertaining to her not being allowed to wear sandals in the 2 year old classroom. She has been wearing those same sandals for months as she grew into them . It was told to her father who drops her off everyday that she cannot attend school until she is put on sneakers which was another inconvenience as he had to work and had to bring my daughter all the way back to my home for shoes and take her all the way back to the daycare remind you at this time it was 8:55 and they adamantly lock the doors at 9:30 . Upon returning and her father asked questions it was food to him in his face from the owner she does not have to speak to him at all regarding his daughter who is standing in between us. Rudely asked where we dropping her off or taking her more then once. Proper professional communication just state that’s it’s a policy in the handbook which I never receive only a policy paper with the rules and guidelines do fhe building not specifically rules and regulations to each class. She also slammed the door as her father asked questions after consistently getting rude and loud the situation went her father was told he needed to exit the building and was threatened to have the police called again all while my daughter is standing there. This was over pink sandals. Her father stayed calm until the owner escalated the situation between her and the older lady in the front that takes tote children and take them to there classrooms where all completely rude. She yelled and told us our daughter will not be enrolled any longer packed her things and put them in a Walmart bag and handed it to us. Not once was a concern for other parents standing in the area where we where commentating nor my daughter I will most definitely be filing a complaint for the unprofessional, disrespect , and inconvenience they have caused behind sandals. Please take heed when bringing your children here , if we are spoken to in that manner I can only imagine the workers and the other children verbally have to endure. again some of the teachers are phenomenal but as a owner that emotionally driven is a red flag Do not bring your kids here

When you have a child with special needs it can be difficult to find a daycare that is willing to work with you and your child, but when I came across Jumpstart Creative, it was truly a blessing. The director and the staff were not afraid and was willing to take on the challenge of working with me and my child. There were times that it was challenging and demanding, but they met my child needs with outstanding abilities and if there was something they felt they could not do, they called me and asked me what they could do to help and that is what I appreciated about the director and her staff. They just did not give up on my child or me. If it was not for the director and her staff working with me and my child, I would not have been able to keep my job. Along with my child with a disability but my other children attended Jumpstart and it was by far one of the best decisions for childcare I've made thus far. Jumpstart has truly been a blessing.
