Jubilee Kid'S Academy

My son has been going here for a few months and is in the infant room with Ms. Rubi and Ms. Katie. Its been such a positive change from my son’s previous daycare; his self-feeding has has improved, he takes really long naps (largely due to the group napping setting), and isn’t sick nearly as often. I love his teachers too. I can tell they really care about him doing well and they give me constant feedback on how he’s doing. Ms. Kylie (the director) is also a pleasure to interact with and her communication was a highlight for me while on the waiting list to get my son a spot here. Overall really glad I found this place and I strongly recommend the infant room 👶🏼

I enrolled my son in this facility and I want to caution others before they put their children in this awful facility. 1st off this place has zero security measures whatsoever, anyone is free to walk in and out of this place without being questioned by anyone. There are no locked doors or gates to keep your children safe while you are at work. Secondly, the facility is just a couple of run down mobile homes on a small lot with a less than acceptable play area. Upon entry you can tel this place isn’t cleaned very often, it definitely does not smell like a clean, sanitary place you want your children running around. The toys, supplies, and indoor area area are not acceptable and need immediate renovations. The kitchen area is in complete disarray and are not sanitary, and yes this is where they prepare your children’s food and snacks. No gloves of course which is not what you would expect from a place serving children food on a daily basis, I wonder how this meets health and safety codes. On top of these sub-standard conditions, the owner of this place is a real gem, she goes around town talking poorly about the children that attend her run down daycare and their parents as well. She has no idea how to separate business from her personal gossip. She had the audacity to tell me my son needed counselling, and that if I didn’t get him some And prove it to her she wouldn’t let my him attend her facility anymore. Keep in mind she is not a doctor in any way, shape, or form and has zero business attempting to diagnose children. It’s actually quite laughable and quite out of line. I had to remove my son from this daycare because because the owner would not let him attend the daycare for the hours and days I needed to work. I had zero choice but to put my son in a facility that wouldn’t give me ultimatums and breach their own contracts. My son is happy and healthy and was miserable in this place, it is absolutely bottom of the barrel as far as day care providers. The minute I switched my son to another facility he flourished and was extremely happy. Proving further that Jubilee is a terrible place for children. I am now dealing with Jubilee in court if you can believe that. The owner is suing me for $380.00 saying I didn’t give a 30 day notice even though she wouldn’t let my son attend the dates and times previously agreed upon. She breached the contract and is a bold faced liar. Please do yourself a favour and steer clear of this horrendous facility and owner, she will have your child in awful conditions and gossip about your family around town. And the minute you don’t do what she wants she will change the terms of the contract!!! I have never seen a thriving, successful business due someone after they have breached their very own contact! This place and owner is pathetic, it’s obvious the business isn’t doing well and I wonder why. Poor management and a poor facility. Steer clear of this terrible place before you find yourself in court with this lunatic, gossiping owner!!!

Great preschool/daycare. My kids love going here. Teachers are great!
