This is one of the best places to have your child at. The teachers are so loving and willing to accommodate my schedule for my hectic work schedule! I trust that my child will taken care of, and have no worries about their safety! The love and compassion they show is one of a kind! My child has grown tremendously both physically and mentally since enrolling them! Any parent should be honored to have their child attend Joy For Kids!! Great job staff!
As a first time mom, I was terrified to allow someone besides family watch my baby as I returned to work. My husband found Joy For Kids and my fears were put to rest. My daughter became one of their own and they always had her best interest at heart. Safety is their number one priority, as a former employee, I know for a fact that they check every background check prior to employment. I no longer work there because of my husband's relocation for work but if I would move back to State College, Joy for Kids would be the first on my call list due to their affordable rates, flexible hours, their kind hearts and professionalism.
Joy for Kids Daycare is a safe, fun, happy and educational place where children are given a fantastic opportunity to learn and play with one another in a classroom setting. The managers are smart, friendly and personable, and kind-hearted as well as all of the employees. Every day at drop off you will be greeted with a familiar and friendly face that you will grow to recognize and love! Children at Joy for Kids are given an exceptional opportunity to participate in crafts, solitary and group play inside and outside on the playground, learn proper manners, hygienic practices, social skills, and so much more! The teachers love and care for each child and really get to know each one and his/her personality and quirks. It is a great place to work as well, as I am currently employed there. It is a fantastic place for the children, their parents and employees alike, and I highly recommend it !!! :) Best daycare in State College. Hands down.
We have had our daughter at Joy for Kids since she was three months old. She'll start kindergarten this fall! We think of her teachers there as family; they have been an invaluable part of our daughter's upbringing. We are so very grateful that we found Joy for Kids and its caring, competent, compassionate, and child-centered staff.
