Daycare Review My husband & I are happy to recommend Cadence Academy Farmington. Our daughter began attending at 2 months old & will be celebrating her 3rd birthday soon. While there has been quite a bit of turnover in staff, every caregiver has consistently demonstrated exceptional care and a genuine commitment to the children's well-being. They go above and beyond to ensure safety while creating a nurturing environment. The current staff is BEYOND AMAZING! The director Melissa is a great leader, communicating effectively with parents and being very receptive to feedback. She brings a fresh perspective to the center, emphasizing early childhood development through engaging and fun activities that involve the whole family. It's heartwarming to see how much the staff cares, and we feel confident knowing our daughter is in such compassionate hands.

Melissa, the director, is stellar. She is child centered and family oriented. She communicates regularly and gets to know the children. Teachers provide regular updates via an app and they are easily accessible to talk with. The teachers are friendly, loving and engaging. The curriculum is robust, the school includes outside programs to come in and work with the children and the children get outside all year round.
