Love my child care center! It always feels like home as soon as I walk through the door. Teachers and management are always friendly and welcoming to our children. I’ve been to other centers and hands down Jolly Bee is the best!!
NONE of the “rules” they verbally tell you are in their handbook! I received a handbook when my child first started, they charged me a late fee for a day that my child was picked up late however the fee was not accurate according to the hand book I received. When I bring it to their attention the director and assistant director gave me nothing but attitude and then stated I received an “out dated” copy of the handbook. I was also told my child can not exceed 9 hours at their facility which is also NOT in their handbook. They care more about the money then the children themselves. My baby was not even there an entire month and ran through 2 packs of baby wipes! He doesn’t even do that at home! Everyday I pick him up he has 1 BM or none at all checked on his sheet. Where are my baby supplies going. They have no consistent curriculum. After the discussion I had with the directors my baby hated going there and it surely made me wonder why
This center will talk down about your children in front of them. When an incident between teacher and child occur they will refuse to show you the video. I asked to see the video because my child was telling me one thing and the daycare said another. The owner refused and said it's in our policy to not show videos. Owner refused to show where in the policy it was and questioned why we haven't found a new center. This place does not have proper early childhood training. Be warned if you want to see if your child is being mistreated they will refuse.
My daughters have been going here for about a year and a half and I haven’t had one problem. I absolutely love the staff and the staff are so loving to my girls. Thank you Jolly Bee for always taking care of my babies.
This school has the most kind and caring staff. My baby is safe and happy. I couldn’t ask for more.
