I had a terrible experience with the daycare assistance I received. The only person who was actually helpful was Flor Medina, and I truly appreciate her support. However, the rest of the staff, particularly one lady, was rude and unhelpful. She made it clear that she didn’t want to assist me with anything, which was incredibly frustrating. I also found it troubling that the organization doesn’t seem to follow the NYC daycare rules that they’re supposed to be enforcing. Instead of helping me find a convenient daycare close to my home, they were pushing me to locations that were very far and only recommending places they work with, which didn’t feel like it was in my best interest. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, and I would not recommend this service to anyone in need of daycare assistance.
