This daycare receives mixed reviews. Most parents praise the caring staff, safe environment, outdoor facilities, and educational curriculum. However, serious concerns have been raised about supervision, safety incidents, sanitation, and handling of children with special needs.
If your child has special needs. Look the other way. This daycare is very unprofessional. They do not provide patience and moderation for children with special needs. Instead they kick them out. Stay away from this ridiculous child center. They only want your money not build a relationship with the community. Teacher are neglected they are barely in the room watching the kids. I wish I could give zero stars but system won’t let me.
The staff and teachers are wonderful. The place is amazing, safe and clean. My two children love it there. The backyard is a child's dream with all of the land to run around in. They have two separate big yards for different age groups. They have outdoor equipment galore including bikes, which my children love. The place has a very home like feel. Not to mention, my children are learning by playing, conducting centers and following an age appropriate curriculum. I do not worry at all about my children when I am at work. I am beyond thrilled with this school.
The teachers & office staff are all so great here! They are very welcoming & caring and they provide a very safe & nurturing environment for my daughter. She absolutely loves it here so it’s such a joy to drop her off & always see a smile on her face before I leave her.
There are some serious supervision and sanitation issues here. They don't even pretend to watch the kids when they are outside playing. Our child was punched on a daily basis. We brought this to the schools attention hoping they'd watch more closely. Nope. Instead our child was touched inappropriately by this other child. The director was apologetic at first, then was very mean and unprofessional. She ended up blaming us. She is not a nice person. I understand that many parent choose this school out of convenience, but I'd highly recommend they look elsewhere. Our friends baby was given moldy bottles. Our other friends baby contracted RSV.
Couldnt be happier after switching to Jefferson Child Care from our old childcare location. Friendly and caring staff. My boys are learning a ton and making great friends.
