Jack & Jill'S Educational Center

My kids started going to this daycare in 2019. I have three children that have attended there and all you see is the various change of teachers. The staff picks and chooses who to be nice too, and to who to cater to I was told that me and my kids are no longer welcome there because of the staff member Lisa, who told me that all three of my children couldn’t go to daycare because of one of my child inhaler form I would understand if that child was unable to go, but she said all three then she went and told me that they couldn’t go because I didn’t go to pick up a paper, but I am a working mother and the only provider for my children so I cannot take the time out of my day just to pick up a paper that I could’ve simply turned in the following day overall did not like the way Ms Graves handled this situation especially cause my children have been attending that daycare longer than Miss Lisa has even worked there Every time I have an encounter with Miss Lisa, it is the same thing. She gives me attitude, and I just cannot communicate with her and thanks to her My children no longer have daycare If someone who is actually competent at their job like Miss Raquel or Miss Alexa was at the front, we would’ve never had this issue but unfortunately that is who was available I’m saddened that I have recommended plenty families to them never had any issues with any other staff but Lisa these people have watched my children grow over the years and for them to turn their back over Lisa not communicating with sense and then looking so confused after she upset me by saying my children will be a non entry over a paper that had NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM

I thank God for Jack and Jill. The entire staff here are all Caring not just for the children but also the entire family. I have had nothing but great response from this center. I love everyone here. My grand children run inside because they are loved here by everyone. I have had many experiences in child care centers that do not compare at all to Jack and Jill. Ms. Earline Graves is a beautiful person and has been blessed with the best staff I have ever met. They have respect empathy and love for the families. I thank everyone here for all your support. My entire family greatly appreciates Jack and Jill. I highly Recomend this Center

This Daycare is very great. I love all the teachers. They are very attentive, professional and caring. They always took great care of my Son. The Director Ms. Graves is awesome and on top of everything very professional. Highly recommend this Daycare. Great Job!!!!!!

I take my 3 girls to this daycare and they are the best I’ve come across. Any issue or question you have they are quick to take care of it. All of my girls love all the teachers, the girls at the front desk are sweet and helpful & the owner does a great job of overseeing the children and staff!

Very family oriented. Very tentative and observant of each child and their specific needs. Encourages creativity through expressing positive energy and usage of proper language and grammer with my child. Very sanitary and up to par with licensing rules and regulations. Gives detailed reports about my child's entire day from start to finish through an easy-to-read daily report. (Those reports are so detailed and tell you all you need to know about how your child's day went) Staff works as a team and never gives an "I don't know" answer regarding questions you have about your child. All staff is very communicative as a unit and communicates well with parents. Staff treats parents and children with respect, and always greats me with friendly and genuine attitudes. They honor my requests, concerns and wishes for my child. And they never leave my child alone! (I know this because I've done several surprise visits).
