To whom it may concern: I noticed several compliance issues that neglect and endanger the children. Some of the rules that aren't being followed include that the facility pets are not properly cleaned up after with feces and other excrement being left inside the cages for days at a time. The children are also exposed to mold and chipping paint every day, which could cause several severe health problems. In the kitchen, there is mold growing on the ceiling above the fridge used to store the children’s food, the shelves are packed to the breaking point with cleaning supplies, such as bleach, lying on the shelves most easily reached by little children, creating a hazard. Suffice to say, the environment and living conditions at this childcare facility are way below standards, and I would definitely recommend not sending our children here.

I am in college now but I went to Jack and Jill's for a summer when I was younger and my mom said she would never recommend it to anyone or make me go back there. We were never watched closely enough. There was many times that kids would get hurt or even beat up by other kids and no one would ever know. There was an incident where an older boy threw me down and kicked me in the ribs multiple times. I got lice one time. The building is not very taken care of. It is just not a very good day care to send your child too.

Very caring staff. Good staff to child ratio. My kids love it here and are well taken care of. They learn lots of new things everyday!

They are abosutely wonderful my kids love going and have learned so much .love the staff and the atmosphere.
