This is the best Daycare My son has attended in Texas. Very clean professional and kid friendly!!! The teachers are amazing the director is very professional and loves God !!!!!i would definitely recommend this Daycare center for childcare !!! All time safe, clean ,good breakfast and lunch for the children and lovable environment!!!!!!my Son comes home with a smile on his face daily !!!!!!
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT TAKE UR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE!!! My 2yr old grandson was grabbed so hard on his arm by a teacher that it left red fingerprint marks and scratches on his arm! We will no longer use their services and I hope this understaffed unprofessional place gets shut down!!! Every time we have dropped him off there’s always one lady working in there by herself with numerous kids and ages and they were all kept in one room. Left alone at times as well!! We asked for a refund for wed through Friday which was already paid and they refused it! When we asked where the marks came from she said maybe he burned himself on French fries!!! What?! They definitely looked like finger marks and scratches! When we asked for corporates phone # we were given an email address to the daycare and said they had no phone #! How dare you abuse a young innocent child!!! U have no business being in that profession!! I hope this review helps other parents, bc NO CHILD SHOULD EVER BE ABUSED! We pay you to watch and protect our children!!! That’s what we expect to happen.
I took my grand daughter to this daycare and she loved it right from the start! The coordinator had a Godly presence and greeted us especially my daughter with such care! I would absolutely recommend this daycare to people!
AFTER 2 DAYS OF TAKING MY KIDS HERE THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T CARE FOR MY DAUGHTER ANYMORE BECAUSE SHE’S VISUALLY IMPAIRED! After taking the tour and explaining to the director and staff about my daughters condition they “accepted” her and told me they’ll just place her in the 2yr old Class (she’s 3 yrs old). After taking them here for 2 DAYS they said they didn’t have “ENOUGH STAFF” to pay specific attention to my daughter and said they COULD NOT care for her anymore??!!! Ok…. So why accept her and take my money in the first place? Then they started to criticize me about my son not walking yet (he’s only 1 yr old) and is in the newborn class? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and shouldn’t give out any development advice if you’re not specialized in that field! On top of that my kids were picked up with tears in their eyes, haven’t eaten or slept all day! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I have a friend who was going to send her daughter here. When she arrived she was told to put the baby on the floor and leave. No one offered to take the child from her. The parents are not allowed to go into the room(s). That seems shady.
