Searching around for daycare I called this location multiple times with no answer, called the second location and the lady mentioned they are open and should answer the phone. I walked in personally, surprisingly no one was there to greet me, I could hear the caretaker yelling at the kids on the other side of the wall. I stood there for a good 10 minutes and even opened and closed the door so she could hear the bell of the door being opened and that didn’t seem to help. The phone rang and no one came to answer it, now I know why no one was answering my calls. I don’t feel like it’s a very safe place to leave my children, the fact that anyone can walk in without a problem and not even notice IS a problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any parent. Very unprofessional and unsafe!
I have been at the afterschool program for a year and a half now and we love it. Changes have been made in the last 3 months that have made the program so much better. The kids all see well behaved and the management and teachers are awesome!
This place is great for bullying and it starts with the owners. Be careful with your kids being bullied by the adults and they also steal your money. They may be cheaper then other places but that’s the reason why they have unqualified people running it. If you love your kids keep them away from this place!
One of the teachers grabbed my son by the wrist and threw him down to the ground at recess and made him hit his head. I was not notified by any adult of the incident my daughter had to tell me. When I asked the director why she never mentioned it to me she said she thought my daughter ( 8yr old) would tell me what happened to her brother (4 yr old). I found out the week after the incident. The daycare hid the incident and the teacher is still employed there. sometimes things happen which I am aware but she is still employed. My daughter wanted to talk to the teacher who pushed her brother down and the teacher (Kaitlyn) told her to shut up and get out of her face and called her a spoiled brat.
Really great center ran by really great people! Highly recommend to parents on a budget!
