Hearing what families went through after reporting serious safety concerns at this daycare is deeply disturbing. Parents were reportedly assured repeatedly that “nothing happened,” while children were accused of lying instead of being protected. A place that responds to allegations this way should not be entrusted with vulnerable children.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This establishment is a joke and such a disgrace. They need to be held accountable for all the malicious activities they allow. Please do you research on this place before you think about bringing your child here.
Management failed to have adequate supervision of staff to protect child safety. When serious allegations were filed with DCFS and the police about a staff member, management kept the staff member in the building and did not inform parents about what was going on until the staff member had been arrested and then still kept the information provided very vague.
They do not have the child’s best interests. Instead, they protect their employees.
